The hotel is new. It opened just this year. The Manager Afrim is the friendliest and nicest Manager I have ever met. He took really care of us and helped us with Everything. I have Never seen this in my live before. The stuff is nice and the rooms are very clean! Everything in this Hotel is just amazing, especially the Pool. It is so close to the beach. Only two mins By feet. Supermarket also. You got everything you need there. The view on the balcony is awesome and just satisfying! You See the sea, the village, Sunset and the hills at one time.

The property was in a great location to visit anywhere in ksamil very modern and beautiful and the staff were so helpful we could not fault them we felt very safe there, they arranged all our taxis and gave us really good recommendations for places to visit which all turned out great. Beds were so comfy and the breakfast was also great such good value for money. We loved it here and would love to come back again!

The hotel could really benefit from adding one large full length mirror to the suite as the mirrors were quite small for four women getting ready for the evening at the same time but apart from that advice there was 0 problems

It was really clean and the staff was kind and helpful. It is located near to Paradise beach, but other beaches are also closeby. We did not have to use our car for anything during our stay in Ksamil because the town center is nearby, local reastaurants, cafe bars and of course beaches. As fot the breakfast, it was a real feast...there were different kinds of food and drinks for every taste and nutritious needs. Also, we were amazed because we could choose various types of coffee on order from the bar, which was included in brekfast. In many hoteks around the world, this is not possible, but you would have to pay extra. So, everything pisitive, from cleanliness, through hospitality, location, service, to food and drink. We would highly recommend this hotel to couples, families with small children because there is an outdoor swimming pool...and everybody in general.

Location is very good about 10min walk from one of the few free beaches and about 12mins from the town. We were greeted at reception by Armando who really looked after us during our stay and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is clean and quite modern with adequate parking downstairs. The rooms are nice with a great view of the sea from the balcony. The infinity swimming pool was great with a wonderful view with plenty of sun loungers by the pool.Breakfast was standard with all the basics that you need. Overall, a great hotel with wonderful views and fantastic staff

Only downside with be that the bathroom was a little small, especially for a triple room

We stayed in a lot of hotels in the south of Albania. But the Sunlight Hotel is the best in terms of how clean it was, well-organised, the atmosphere, fresh breakfast, clean room with everything you wish for, parking lot below the hotel in the same complex, and the staffmembers Armando and Afrim are always at your service. Armando was always present to help us out with every question we had (and to make tasty cappuccinos)! I also remember Afrim came down very fast at the parking lot when he noticed I had some difficulties driving out of the parking lot. Important 'details'. Would definitely come back here!!

Very modern and clean with a good breakfast and pool area. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Location is to the south end of Ksamil away from louder beach bars and restaurants but still within walking distance of them (everything you need is within 10 min walk)

The Bathroom could have done with more hooks/shelves but this is a very minor detail. Additionally they really wanted us to pay cash and we had to insist we paid by card - which we did - but it seemed a real inconvenience to them. The view is slightly “spoiled” by a half build house 200 m down the road - but as a up and coming resort there is lots of new building going up so can’t be helped and could effect any hotel.

the hotel was amazing, very very clean, very good standards, the room was very big and with amazing view. the guys working there were very nice and very welcoming and amazing comunication. this hotel is at the best spot, you can literally walk to the best beaches and best restaurants.free and safe parking was something very important for us. breakfast was always served on time and soo many different choices and very good and fresh food. we will definitely go back 🙂

Very clean and calm location. Walkable distance to beach clubs and top notch facilities in the rooms. Ac worked so well and the balcony is spacious. Great breakfast options it was so good and it was not same breakfast the next day as they added some extras. Staffs so welcoming and can communicate in English. There is a car park and cctv for security. Pool was clean and I enjoyed my stay totally

The fridge was not working properly throughout my stay but I’m sure they can fix this if reported but I did not bother about it .

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygiene is really excellent! Beautiful location with a sea view (which is also just a few minutes' walk away).

If I could give a tip, it would be nice to have more sunbeds by the pool (or around it).

Amazing 4 star hotel. So clean. Our room was cleaned and new towels provided every day! The hotel appeared new and kept so clean. Breakfast was lovely, good range of buffet style, cereals and snacks. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I didn’t see the message left on my booking.com regarding payment for the hotel. When we arrived, I planned to pay on card as I had reserved with my card. The staff said the card machine wasn’t working and cash was better. Hotel may need to communicate this to customers with some notice to plan with money etc. Despite this staff were understanding and we paid after our first night, we found a cash machine. They took off 7 euros because the cash machine charged us this which was very nice of them.
