Very kind staff, they allowed us to check in few hours before the check-in time, so we could rest after long bus trip. This is the attitude worth appreciating, cuz these days hotels rarely do that without asking for extra fee. Beside that the room had everything we needed, very nice bathtub with hot water and comfy bed. Location in the centre of Georgetown, walking distance to many turist spots. In my opinion the only thing they can improve is the cleanliness of some parts of the room. I recommend staying here.

Very good location in the heart of little India, walking distance to many of the sights of old Georgetown. Surprising quiet

Don't expect much in the way of service. In the 4 days I stayed housekeeping did not once enter my room to clean, change or refresh anything. Not even to empty the bin.

Facilities excellent, room was very clean. Wifi stable. Interesting vibe at the hotel. Excellent location, easy to find convenient stores and eating places within walking distance. All attractions in Georgetown all within walking distance. Place has a lift too which is very helpful after travel and u dont need to carry your belongings up and down stairs. Definitely recommended.

The unique safari giraffe-themed decor, combined with vintage and retro mixed arts, created a truly memorable atmosphere. The minimalist elevator design featuring positivity words and matching color codes added a nice touch. The customer service was excellent, with special recognition to the MC for stepping in with alternatives during my arrival

I loved my stay! The Safari Giraffe theme combined with vintage and retro art created a unique atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and attentive to any questions or requests we had. The rooms were comfortable and the location wasnt far from where we worked and other attractions in town.

the second room we took, the one with the bunk beds is a bit too cramped but it was okay as we spent most of our time outside.

location was great. walking distance to most eatery places. the hotel is cute. small but cute. room deco is nice.

Fabulous area, right in Little India with fabulous food and culture on your doorstep.

Room was cleaned/serviced daily so I kept having to ask for water/tea/coffee. No bed made up or tidying done.

the room is compact but enough. I like the amenities they provided and their great hospitality too. The whole concept is like jungle and giraffe , very fun wallpaper in the room.

overall it is a little rundown but the price is really affordable and the service is good too!
