Overall, I was impressed. The bathrooms are updated and clean and they provide shampoo and conditioner. Building is warm. Free bus is right outside. Grocery store is a 12 minute walk. Staff friendly and helpful. Free coffee. Kitchen fairly well equipped although utensils are dated/damaged. Lots of fridge space and good storage system. Bunk beds in dorms move a lot which is unfortunate for the person on the bottom bunk. Rooms have heating and their own thermostat. I would definitely stay again.

Location perfect. Walkable to the beach. Bathroom lights really bright in the middle of the night. Shower water pressure is amazing. Love the decor. An inexpensive hotel/hostel doesn’t have to be tacky. The decor was so cute and homey.
Healthier snack options at the bar would be nice. Like veggies and dip. Or hummus and pita. Or cheese and crackers. Red wine was refrigerated. Most ppl prefer red wine not be cold, at least I do. But it was still enjoyable.

We had the family room, which is comfortable for us 2 parents and 4 teens. With basic comforts of clean bed, linens and warmth. Room doesn't smell musty. White bath towels smells clean. Nice touch of having boot trays provided outside of the rooms. Bathrooms exceeded my expectation of cleanliness, considering it is communal use for all guests. Kitchen is also properly maintained by staff. We're able to prepare and eat our breakfast during our stay 3days/3nights. There are enough tables and chairs in the dining area. Industrial fridges are provided for guests -- just label your food. There is Billiards/Pool table in the Bar area (ground floor) -- our family were able to play and have fun. Bar serves beer/liquor. Personnel have given my kids free popcorn. Front desk personnel friendly, kind and responsive to minor details. Very good work for the staff and management. This hostel is close to grocery store, deli/restaurant, etc -- 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. There is a closeby community ice-rink. We're able to do ice-skating as well (bring your own skates).

Friendly staff and a well kept bar/lounge on site. Shared kitchen was large and fully equipped.
Rooms do not have much ventilation, especially when windows are closed in the colder times. There could be better accommodations for wet ski gear, whether in the public or private spaces. Drying racks and coat hangers in the hallway woudl be convenient.

Well-equipped shared kitchen, refrigerator available for guests, very cozy dining room. Attentive and friendly staff. There is a bar that opens after 4 pm, in a very charming room. The establishment is impeccably clean, with the most fragrant hallway I have ever smelled in my life (it sounds like a joke, but it is not!).
The room is quite spacious but not well-used. It could use some shelves and more hooks to hang clothes.

I’m not certain there was a breakfast, we didn’t see any signs so we had brought our own food and kept it in our rooms as a precaution. The on site water and coffee was nice, we loved the gaming room in the evening and how relaxed the place was, very calm and pleasant to be around. The showers being close to the room made it so much nicer, if we come back next year we would love the same room again.
There was nothing to dislike for us during our stay, the only thing we had seen and would have liked to have access too would be a hot tub on site.

"I'll admit, based on the low price, I was expecting something closer to a run-down motel. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The place exceeded all my expectations—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. For the price, I truly don't think you could find a better place to stay in the area. It was a fantastic value, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable yet pleasant stay.
No major complaints.

Really liked the place, everything was clean, organized and very well kept. Room was nice and cozy and the bathrooms always clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the basic and a little more and all employees were very friendly and helpful. When I am coming back, definitely I am going to be looking for this place again. Also, super close to the Ski area.

It was a very comfortable peaceful place to stay and not far from Mont Tremblant National Park. The bilingual staff was willing to communicate with me in English with no judgment. Parking was available. Also I like that the establishment honors the Algonquin tribe and their name for the mountain. Right on.
I can’t think of a thing.
