The staff was very nice. The room was decent mostly what we love that it was daytime and we took a nap from our drive and the dark room made it better for us to sleep. The location was very nice and it was not noisy at all I feel that the bed and the pillows were too firm for me. Not soft like we were used to stay in other hotels, but it was decent.

We found hair in the drainer of the shower, they did not clean the shower at all. Also, while taking a shower the door did not shut right we had to put like a belt to hold the door close that was so uncomfortable . I feel also the breakfast supposedly was included. I don’t know if you call breakfast just a cereal bowl and coffee. There was no eggs no bacon or sausage or anything like that warm I did not like the towels that we have there were two I hate to say, “cheap “ but literally we had to use two towels just to dryourselves

I had a quiet, clean room, a working shower, and a fast wi-fi internet. That's all I needed for a one-night stay while on a business trip. No problems with the shower drain. Windows could be opened to ventilate the room, which is a big plus in my books, but no window screen to protect from flies - that's a minus. but I didn't notice any flies, mosquitos, or other bugs during my stay (June) even though I kept the window slightly opened the entire time. I didn't use their TV and so, I don't know what cable channels they offer. I also didn't use their laundry facilities, so I have no opinion there. The parking lot seems safe and is well-lit. This hotel is an excellent deal for a short economy-style stay.

Only a couple of things, not very important to me on a short business trip, but may be important to others. 1. No laundry bags. 2. Pretty sad "breakfast" - basically, coffee, bagged mini muffins, old bananas, etc., but I didn't care because I don't eat breakfasts. 3. No window screens. That's pretty much it. This hotel is an excellent deal for a short economy-style stay.

Very clean. They were very quick to have us checked right in when we arrived. Very quiet atmosphere, so it was a nice place to catch some sleep. We're doing renovations in our home, so it was close by and not too much of a price tag.

The room wasn't quite as described, and maybe its just new, but the mattress was super stiff and the blankets weren't very comfy. Felt as if i was using a fabric shower curtain to cover up with.

Location great for getting to and from the locations we wanted to be, including the airport. Smaller hotel so not crowded or too busy. Quiet within the hotel.

WIFI was not secure so didn't want to use it. Some TV channels (not Spanish movies) were in Spanish with no option to either have them in English or at least English subtitles (Minor comment). Not sure if this is the hotel or the TV network / system?

Staff was nice, location close to lots of restaurants, easy freeway access, quiet. A place I will use again next Houston visit.

Breakfast should be improved. Wasn't the type of Breakfast I expected. The light at the computer table was behind me and my shadow was blocking my key board, would be nice if the light was more over the table to highlight the work area.

I must admit, this has been one of my most best experiences ever visiting Houston for the 1st time. After a days worth of activities, this is the kind of hotel you want to arrive back to and get the best sleep of your life. Everything from the staff to the cleanliness, to the comfort was absolutely amazing. Thank you for showing us a great time. We definitely will be coming back.

There are no complaints here.

we stayed at their Palace Inn because we had no power after Hurricane Beryl. we weren’t scheduled to get power for 4 days so we booked the hotel room for four days. coincidentally, early the next morning, we got our power back. the hotel staff was so accommodating and was able to cancel and refund the remaining nights on our reservation. the rooms were modern, clean, gorgeous and comfortable.

I loved everything about this hotel! We ended up here because we had to leave from another hotel because of a bad experience there, and we ended up being thankful that we ended staying here! Everything was super clean, it smelled really good and it was really comfortable.

The only two things that I didn’t like about the property was that the bathroom didn’t have a bar soap holder and that it said the breakfast was included but the only options were cornflakes and coffee. I was hoping to have the usualy variety that there is in other hotels (eggs, bread, waffles, etc). Other than that, it was great!

The room was very clean, the shower very good, the toilet paper holder need repair. The air conditioner was excellent, no noice. Great mattress and clean sheets. Very nice staff!

Our only complaint is the breakfast, could improve adding eggs, toasts and fresh fruits

Great stay! Very easy check in process, no disturbances, cleanliness was not an issue. Friendly staff that made the stay comfortable. Continental breakfast was great as well!

Distance from Houston attractions was a bit further than expected, but unfortunately nothing that can be changed.
