The location is ideal, within walking distance to attractions, ATM's, restaurants, and the like. Check-in was smooth and professional. The room is beautiful and the balcony is spacious and an added bonus. The Leynia restaurant is stunning, located on the second floor overlooking the city. The staff are great and the food is exceptional. Breakfast is great but the hot offerings were limited to an omelette without the option of sausage and/or bacon on the side. The lobby area has a work of art on exhibition which is thought provoking. However, management should rethink the layout of the lobby to make it more comfortable and user friendly.

The hotel is located in a very safe and modern area, with various restaurants nearby by the canal. The hotel has a nice pool, although I wish the water was warmer and that it was positioned more in the sun, as it gets shaded in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the front pool, located at the entrance of the hotel, was not accessible to all guests, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very kind and understanding. They even made sure I could check into my room earlier than the standard check-in time. Overall, a great experience!

The price was quite high, but good service comes at a cost.

My room is sensational. Contemporary with comfort. Very pleasing decor. Large corner room with excellent views of both the Puerto cafes and river. Excellent location with many many differing restaurants and cafes. Too notch facilities with many many extra touches to make tour stay very pleasant. Staff were attentive, spoke excellent English which is good as my Spanish is minimal. I highly recommend SLS Buenos Aires. You wont be disappointed!

Everything was fantastic

The location of this hotel is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. However, the best asset of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommend!

My only complaint about the hotel itself is that the room was a little bit dusty. However, a bigger issue was with the transportation service. I would strongly recommend ensuring a reliable and safe service, especially for women traveling alone to the airport. I had a terrifying experience with the driver at 3 AM, as he started telling me that he lives close to the airport and how his wife would react if he took me to his house. As a young woman, this felt very unsettling and could be dangerous. This experience definitely needs to be addressed for future guests’ safety.

Almost all the staff I had to interact with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very complete and high quality. The location is at walking distance from the Pto. Madero bars and restaurants but far enough to be quiet.

When I inquired online about the price of the airport shuttle, somebody quoted USD 120 without any explanations (that's 4 to 6 times the market rate of USD 20 to 30 for the same trip). I wonder if that person was also the rude/unhappy young dude at reception around noon.

The staff were more than helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We very soon felt like a family member. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice, hot and cold. The room was incredible spacious, with extra large balcony. Having a bathroom and cloakroom was great so we could spread out. Plenty of cupboard space The gym was first class with plenty of equipment to work on with separate weights room and studio.

We couldn’t get to terms with the TV, but we weren’t there to watch tv! Not enough coat hangers Lighting was poor and rooms are quite dark, but didn’t deter from the excellent service and space. It’s a shame that hotel guest can’t use the residents pool, it’s shown on the web site and give opening times in the lift.

The room was lovely, with a very nice bed and bathroom and also had a great view. The breakfast was superb. The gym was the best equipped of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The outdoor pool was very good. However, the absolute stand-out feature was the fantastic level of service from the staff which was amazing and exemplary. Everyone was courteous, kind and helpful, always prepared to "go the extra mile" - nothing was too much trouble. They were all brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. We would say that the staff delivered a standard os service with a smile which was the best we have ever experienced in any country in the World.

The only comment is that the swimming pool was a little too warm!

Amazing breakfast. Room was very clean, and had a good size for my husband and our 3yo. Amenities were great as well. Our room had a nice view to Puerto Madero. We had a lovely stay. Wish we had booked more days.

It's not a complaint, just a "personal taste", but breakfast place had dimmed lights, the room was a bit dark. So for a morning/breakfast situation, maybe lit up the room. But I understand it is "part of the decor/experience" of the style of the hotel.

Pool was always in the shadow and quite windy (therefore not really usable and it is the main facility at your disposal), you are not allowed to use the one that is in front of you as it is only for residents. Lobby is quite small. Breakfast order was made incorrectly every day (just for eggs), the staff need to write down the order and check that they are actually bringing you what you ordered. Its a nice hotel but the 5* details are definitely missing.

It's beautiful property with spectacular views of the water. The staff everywhere in the property is amazing... very attentive, helpful, and cordial. The meal service in LEYNIA was exceptional, and CIEL spa is a beautiful, relaxing spot; again, the staff in both was exceptional. It's an easy walk to very good restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

Not a dislike, just a clarification: Puerto Madero is the eastern-most part of Buenos Aires. It's new and modern... but it is a distance from areas like Palermo, Recoleta, etc.
