The location is perfect, close to the castle and beach is across the street. We had the breakfast and lunch; wide variety and fresh food. The rooms are very clean and modern. I was lucky to park my car in the hotle’s car park area, but if you are arriving in a tall vehicle, better to confirm in advance as the car park across the street has 1,9 meters maximum height. So, car park is good too, if you can have one confirmed in advance. The staff is all helpfull and very kind, the housekeeping can be a bit more understanding about creating excess noise in the mornings.

Our room was really very small, as I had a last minute deal, can’t complain a lot, but it was very small for the price.

We have stayed here at least six or seven times. We have stayed overnight, as it is on a route we take when travelling south. We have also stayed for four or five nights. It is right on the beachfront and near the castle. There is a supermarket nearby, and the wetland walk is only a short walk away. The staff are great and the rooms are very clean and bright. The buffet and dining space are just right. You don't have to go on a long walk to get your food, which makes for relaxed eating. The dining staff are super efficient.

I would love a soap dish at the bathroom sink.

Great location, nice building. Clean everywhere. All staff were professional and friendly. Food was excellent. Breakfast and dinner. Didnt try lunch, likely good too. Room was well laid out. Beds and pillows were good.

Toilette part of shower area, glass doesnt go to the ceiling so open sound etc.. to the rest of the room. Low flow remote fan doesnt do its job well for showering steam etc... Tv channels didnt work but they had a networking guy there the day we showed up. Not a big deal, many better things to do besides TV on holidays.

The whole Hotel was extremely clean and everything in an as new condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had bad weather but the Hotel was lovely and warm throughout.

The only downside was that vegetables at the evening meal needed re heating as they were cold some nights (this was probably due to the fact that it wasn't busy at these times so therefore were standing longer). A proper heated stand would rectify this instead of just having the overhead heat lights which weren't keeping the food warm.

The location was excellent. right next to the sea. The room was lovely with a beautiful side view of the sea and the castle. The food was ok but not quite enough selection especiall in the evening-

The details of the hotel show "Parking" but there is no parking on the premises. We were told in Reception that we could park for free on the road. In fact there was no space on the road and we ended up using an undergorund Parking. The next morning I left the car park (at a cost of 27 euros) and found a space further down the road for free.

The location could not be improved in any way. The hotel is right in the centre of the town and the beach is opposite. Everything is spotless. The staff are immaculately dressed and very professional. The views from the roof top bar are spectacular. The bar downstairs is a nice place to relax and the drinks are very reasonably priced. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner is plentiful and a good standard. The beds are large and very comfortable. The air con worked well.

There is some noise in the evening coming from music at the adjacent Hotel Prado. This affected our room which looked out onto Hotel Prado. Closing the double glazed door to the balcony blocked much of the noise out. Also, the bathroom area is very small, and only has privacy glass to screen it. That said, it functions well and the shower is powerful. We didn't use the spa because it cost extra to use the jacuzzi / sauna. The standard rooms are on the small side, so I would consider upgrading to a more expensive room if I stayed again. I found the swimming pool water very cold, but I expect it would be warmer in mid summer.

Probably the best hotel in Peñíscola. Great location, clean and stylish environment with good service. Breakfast was really good with great quality.

The hairdryer was not powerful enough, the noise from the hotel next door. Even with closed patio door I could hear the music on like we were in the middle of the party. While I understand that it's not your fault, it would worth asking the other venue to keep their doors shut to minimise the disturbance of your residence.

Nice and clean hotel, very close to the sea. Breakfast was ok, dinner good. Would be better if they would provide all the standard 4* amenities in the room, they had no shaving kits, no sleepers and also no coffee and tea in the room. Please consider having at least a kettle! The proximity to the sea and the cleaning were the most appreciated by us! Music at the bar was loud up to 12 am!

Everything was perfect for us

Fantastic hotel with great views towards the Castillo de Peniscola. Very modern and fresh. The rooms with side views of the castle are compact, but very well designed with nice little balconies, looking towards the beach & the castle. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. They advised places to park and had change readily available for when the Telepark app failed to work. One very nice touch : the hotel noticed that one of us was celebrating a birthday during our stay and surprised us with a nice treat on the day. Very thoughtful.
