The staff were very accommodating to our changes in our booking. The room we had was very clean and very comfortable. My kids loved the pool and this was also very clean. The location was central to the local shops. It was very quiet and the whole property was kept very clean. We would definitely stay here again when we need to. I would highly recommend staying here to all my friends and family needing somewhere to stay in Cambridge.

Very quiet, nice setting, looking over the pool. Clean and spacious. Kitchenette well stocked with crockery and utensils. Large fridge. Lots of TV channels. Very good quiet pedestal fan (visit was on very hot day/night)

No wardrobe or hangers to hang clothes. No rubbish bin in bathroom. No spare toilet roll apart from the one on the toilet roll

Location was perfect…not too close to traffic and cbd. It was very homely with a well equipped kitchen. It was warm and very clean!

The mattress had seen better days, very soft so sore backs in the morning. Also the tv was on a very low cabinet which was quite uncomfortable to watch but not the end of the world.

The room was welcoming, it had been aired by the door and windows being open. The owners were also welcoming, pleasant and polite, providing us with easy to follow instructions on a map, as to how to easily get to the event we were in town for.

Nothing, it was great.

Liked the location, just off state highway close enough to Hamilton & the local Cambridge shops. Pool was a bonus especially for our daughter. Access to some sky channels is great for a night in.

The network connection very poor, would only get one bar on cellphone unable to use own data. The moment we entered into town we would have better cell coverage, could do with a deep clean in room, replace shower curtain, quick wipe of ceilings, replace curtains in Room 13 - would all go along way. No aircon in rooms a second fan would be handy

We booked 2 units, one a one bedroom and the other big studio . They were very roomy , with kitchens , no ovens which made heating a big lasagne a bit tricky, nothing like a bit of kiwi ingenuity though 😊

Room cleanliness, reasonable price, lovely neighborhood, quiet, great laundry, selection of tea, coffee chocolate, Plunger coffee, walkable distance to town and restaurants. Comfortable chairs for watching TV

Limited internet... I kept running out. Limited hanging space for drying clothing inside... a vital thing when travelling for several weeks or playing sport.

Enjoyed how peaceful our stay was. Rooms were clean, decent size - small bathroom in the single unit, but nice spacious bathroom in the family unit. I liked that the staff checked in with me to see how our rooms were and also gave us time to figure out our payment method between our many members of our family.

That we didn't stay longer. Bonus points if wifi was complimentary, however we made do with the wifi vouchers given to us so not really a negative..

So clean even the bathroom was amazing! Great spacious room, a heater and extra blankets, the parking is right out front of the unit. The kitchenette is well stocked with utensils etc. I loved the mini coffee plunger, a nice touch. The pool looked great, not the season to use it but it was clean no leaves etc and a really good size.

The swimming pool was excellent. The room was clean tidy and comfortable.

Lack of shade around the pool. The plates in the cupbord hadn't been dried properly by the previous guest.
