Spacious, clean, well appointed studio unit. Kitchen facilities good. Very comfortable bed, with super-king size mattress & good pillow menu. Excellent hot shower in spacious bathroom. Good size sheltered barbeque area and table, ideal for our large group. Excellent location on edge of bustling commercial suburb, easily accessed from main highways. Quiet at night, good parking outside each unit. Very near supermarkets and food outlets. A short walk to large shopping area. Would definitely stay here again.

Wi-fi was unreliable at times. Cut out for periods of time with no apparent reason, even though unit located near reception. This was disappointing for a modern, low rise building, set in bustling commercial suburb of the city on very flat ground. (No hills to blame for dead areas of reception!) Barbeque seating area & table needed dusting off /cleaning prior to use. Parking was rather tight on our last night, due to full occupancy.

The size, The price. And accommodating. was warm and comfortable. My daughter said the bed felt like soft clouds to sleep in ☺️. The spa was lovely and relaxing very peaceful. Shower pressure was fabulous, Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone i know, and has become our favorite.

Just the shower heads had to hold them to wash ourselves as upstairs was drooping down and not sitting still. and downstairs was only one position and spraying all directions, could not move to fit our hights so had to hold the nosel to wash but no biggy. And the parking, each room should have an allocated park.

Over the years we have stayed in all the different room types at the Quantum Lodge and have been delighted with them all. We stayed in a studio unit this time and it was spotlessly clean and spacious. Very comfy bed and had the best sleep. Beautiful, tiled bathroom with great shower and kitchenette with a couple of hot plates and microwave. Also good to note that it is in easy walking distance of The Base shopping centre (where we had a great dinner at "Foundation") and also Woolworths is at the end of the short road so easy to stock up on supplies.

Excellent, very spacious, clean and modern family apartment with tvs in both rooms and chromecast available. Spa was a hit. Toiletries were lovely. Shower pressure was great. The chilled water in a jug in the fridge was a nice touch. Charging available for electric vehicles. We'll be back.

Because it's conveniently located to shopping the road noise was noticable on one side - but the facilities are worth it, so next time we'd just pack some ear plugs in case our room is on the busy side.

Lovely comfy and roomy couch and large flat screen TV. Large bed. Plenty of space to spread out generally and good aircon. Glass bottle of cold water in fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Plenty of fresh towels replaced daily.

Shower rose was at a fixed height and set up for giants! Could take off the wall, but having to hold onto it is no good. Needed to be a slide shower mechanism. This was the only big detractor for us, meaning showers were disappointingly uncomfortable.

It was very quiet and cosy, close to restaurants and shopping, easy access. The shower was amazing as was the bed and pillow selection. Very good heating and a comfy couch for a traveller. The housekeeping was exceptional. Plenty of PowerPoints and great internet wifi. I really enjoyed my stay at the Quantum.

My room had a broken toilet seat that was obvious but was not fixed.

Quantum Motor Inn is like a home away from home. Comfort, style, warmth and just the overall feel of this place really did make us feel at home! Modern, clean, comfy and and an absolute gem that we will definitely be coming back too each time we are in Hamilton. The shower pressure is just next level amazing and could stay in there for hours if I had the time. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo and conditioner as well as bodywash and even little care package with cotton buds etc. Coffee station was fully equipped with biscuits of 2 types and a little bottle of anchor milk. The bed is super comfy and even more perfect with the air con in the bedroom. The ability to completely black out the room for absolute darkness was epic as well. Overall I think this place is a 10/10 way better then hotels!!

Minor thing would be to have the car parks allocated to the rooms. We went out a few times and each time we came back we had to park in different spots furthest away from our unit.

The family apartment was a great configuration with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The boys loved the spa pool in our own private courtyard. The beds were super comfortable and the little extras like the makeup flannels and ample amount of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser was a lovely touch. The air conditioning in each room was also essential as we were there at one of the hottest summers. The laundry facilities were also great and the washing line was in a sunny spot.

Unfortunately the pool didn’t have any shade so it wasn’t used as there was no where for me to supervise my boys as they swim in the intense hot weather.

A very comfortable, functional space. Very clean and plenty of room for luggage, etc. Spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower. Very handy to The Base, K-Mart, the function we were attending and an easy hope onto Waiwere Drive to get across town.

Couldn't get TV 1 for some reason. Just kept playing a Maori content channel.

Immaculately clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Heaps of parking. Close to base and shops. Nice big bathroom and spa bath.

Stayed 2 nights. Moved 3 times: first night for tech issues, 2nd night when cleaners missed cleaning the room. When I pressed the manager for a made-up room for the 2nd night, he didn't seem happy but accommodated us with a new room anyway.
