Highly recommend this hotel!The location is fantastic – plenty of parking available, and it's within easy walking distance to the largest Pak’nsave also very close to an Asian grocery store. The staff here are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to answer any questions, making you feel right at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hamilton!

We wanted somewhere with a kitchen and close to the squash club and shopping. This fitted the bill perfectly. Looks to have been renovated quite recently. It's not luxury but it has everything you need and is well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The jet bath appeared to have a small leak somewhere. Not a major issue for us but needs fixing.

Staff were welcoming and friendly - had turned the heater on for us as was a cold night. Room was great, clean, nicely appointed, good space in bathroom. Will stay there again.

Only criticism would be the drapes was a bit thin and didn't keep out street light. Looks as though the room had new paint and carpet, so hoping better drapes are on their way.

The location - handy to everything needed for a great weekend away. We were in Hamilton for the Warriors game - a literal 2 min walk to FMG Stadium is super handy. The proximity to restaurants, subway, pubs, supermarket etc was perfect - all within 2-3min walk. Staff were welcoming on check in and check out. Rooms very clean, spacious with a comfortable bed & couch. Bathroom was clean.

My husband and I checked in late and were very grateful that the staff was still waiting for us.The location is very convenient and close to the city center.The room was neat and clean and the staff was very courteous, as it was cold, they would be kind enough to turn on the heat for us.The handmade cookies were delicious.Would recommend other friends to come.

Really clean, great layout with a toilet upstairs and downstairs. Priced well for a 2bdrm with good sized kitchenette and lounge. Great location, short distance to pak n save, waikato stadium and CBD. Owners were really welcoming. Would stay again

Room was comfortable and clean. The Manager was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The facility was quiet and there was a supermarket, petrol station and eating places just a short stroll away

There was no aircon, so didn’t get much sleep as it was really hot even though we’re in autumn. Couldn’t use fan in room as it was too noisy. So everything was great, but the lack of aircon was a deal breaker unfortunately

We loved the friendly service of the owners and the apartment had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking for a great comfortable stay. Plus it's handy to all great shops nearby.

Room very hot, needs air con, fan helpful. Needs a new toilet seat please. On personal preference, mattress too firm for us but otherwise everything else in order.
