From start till the end was perfect! The staff members were super friendly. Our accommodation was much larger and therefore comfy than expected. We paid a relatively low price for our one night stay in comparison to other places we had looked at. The pool & spa were awesome for our 3 kids 10 and under. What was just as cool was the Easter egg hunt. What a great thing to do!!! Absolutely love that Pak n Save (which wasn’t open due to it being Easter Friday) & food outlets were just across the road + the petrol station next door. So central to almost everything

Liked everything about our stay

Location and that the place had a pool and hot tub was great, liked the shower head and pressure in the room.

What wasnt good was that people closing doors to their rooms and the door to get in and out of the building allowed them to slam which made loud banging noises, which went on late into the night and early in the morning (obviously people checking out. )Rooms downstairs that have access to ranchslider should also have the allocated parking spot in front of the ranchslider as people leaving and we stayed, were also making banging noises in their cars in those parking spots. Very annoying as trying to sleep on both noisy occasions mentioned above.

We had a fantastic experience at Heartland Hotel Hamilton! The room was great, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as dish soap and a sponge, and the comfort of having an iron, cups, and spoons for each of us. When I reported an issue with my daughter having an accident despite wearing a diaper, the staff responded quickly and handled it perfectly. The hot jacuzzi next to the freezing pool was a fantastic bonus. I had seen ads for wooden barrel jacuzzis, but this one was included with the room, making it even better. It was incredibly relaxing after a long day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

This provided everything that is good for a family to stay. Pool and hot tub was great. The rooms are a good size as well and they gave us a microwave when our room didnt come with one. Only thing was the shower as they are the older style above the bath tub and they are so hard to adjust especially when you try not to get your hair wet. Otherwise great location and close to food places and opposite pak n save. I would recommend and breakfast was good variety of food as well

The shower as they are not the new ones and hard to adjust as its over the bathtub The pillows were very soft. I didnt ask if they had any others but do ask if you have use different

Staff were welcoming and really friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Parking right outside our room. Laundry done a good job washing/drying our clothes. Even though it was very busy being a weekend we weren't displaced by other guests noise at all. Room service breakfast was top tier, 100% recommend! BP, Pak n Save, Sushi, Cheesecake Factory and more within a short walking distance.

Located between busy roads, however we sleep with white noise so this wasn't particularly bad for us and it wouldn't stop us from staying again. The location is more of a plus than a minus

I like this hotel..I usually stay here when I'm in Hamilton. The staff are awesome and the room is always clean.

It's not the hotels fault, but the room I usually get, with the accessible bathroom, wasn't available. It meant I couldn't shower in the morning - but that's a first world problem! I wonder if the hotel could have more than 1 room with accessible bathroom - or do they already have that and that was also sold? The room that I did have was way the heck somewhere that I'd never been before and I got a bit lost when I left at around 5.30am! Next time, I will book more in advance!

The location was really good. We had no car and I managed to get us around with busses...make sure to get a Bee card. Close to stop. The staff we had contact with were really lovely. Room was always cleaned upon our return. Really appreciated that.

No wine glasses!!! We brought some the 2nd day! A fan in the bathroom would be good but appreciate that this is an older hotel. The single bed was quite hard but apparently the queen bed was comfortable.

Heartland Ambassador was great! The location was central, only a 3-4 minute drive to the main cbd and conveniently located next to a gas station and grocery store. The room we had was super spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were great (I’d gotten the checkout time wrong and as a result was 30 mins late checking out), but they were super accommodating. The facilities were nice, there is a spa and pool onsite.

All in all, it was a super enjoyable stay if I had to be nit-picky, as the hotel is located on a main road it can be a bit noisy/shower pressure could be better. However these weren’t massive flaws for us and we still loved our stay!

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested a late check out the night before we were due to leave. Quick response. The room was very clean, with no dust in sight.What you needed in a kitchenette waa provided which i liked. Ample supply of towels. Beds were nice & comfortable. Overall experience was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I can comment here is that the motel room looks a little dated & not like the photos supplied on the website. HOWEVER, the cleanliness & comfort of the room more than made up for this.

The location was perfect close to the supermarket and takeaway. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. They made us vet comfortable and welcome with a very nice attitude. The lady was very helpful to the guy that she was with thank you

We tried to get to our room but all the stuffs were outside. The cleaners had all their things outside. It was very hard to tried and get to our room with our bags. Please can the cleaners use a different cleaning fragrance to make the room smell nice as it wasn’t smell nice when we open up the door.
