We were on the third floor, which meant there was one flight of stairs to walk (lift only accessible to the second floor). We were ok with this, but could see this wouldn't suit everyone.

The parking, or lack of. There are parking lifts/tired parking which did not appeal to us as we were requiring our vehicle during the stay and didn't want to get held up. There was street parking and parking across the road, but it wasn't clear if payment is required out of business hours, hence we got a parking ticket. They could do better with advising about this or arranging for you.

The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at Skycity which is 500m up the road. The room was really big and there was plenty of space. If you were staying longer and had a lot of luggage there is heaps of storage space. The room isn’t the “flashiest” but it was really clean and well kept which makes it a higher rating for me. And in saying that it still had plenty of modern amenities and wasn’t dated.

Over all not much could be put here really. For a 4 star hotel it’s really nice and I was pleased with our choice to stay there.

The apartment was spacious for a couple which was nice, close to lots of places. The staff were so accommodating to our needs too.

Our exhaust fan was in the living room instead of the bathroom which was annoying for my partner to run her online zoom, however we were given another room to support which was lovely. We jusr had to turn off power to sleep. It was only our room with the design (202). Parking is limited but 2 hr free spots out the front plus free after 6pm. They do have parking you need to reserve though as it's not many.

The first room was very closed in no windows and bed was very uncomfortable, I requested another room they were very accommodating and the next room was wonderful, beautiful natural light, good portions for kitchen, small lounge and separate bedroom perfect

First room no natural light, bed was horrible and the set up was odd. The parking was very difficult to park and get in and out of. There is a carpark straight across tge Road that was much cheaper to park But second room was perfect

Great location with easy walking distance to FMG sports ground, restaurants and casino. The room was spacious and well fitted out. Not the greatest view, but quiet and warm. Reception and check in was excellent and the onsite parking was great even if we had to pay another $20.

The double bed had been created by joining two singles which we don't really like because you can feel the join down the centre.

We use Quest all the time and the Quest Hamilton did not let us down as far as the room was concerned

the parking we requested was a big let down, * I was not told it would cost $18 per night * I was not told it would be a lift paring (parking on a hoist and lifted so someone can park underneath) which meant you had to leave your key with reception, so couldn't come and go as we please * was not told it was only for cars, our ute did not fit so ended up parking on the street, and although nothing happen, was up most of the night worrying about our tools being stolen

We got two rooms for our family. It’s was just beautiful with a lovely bar tender who was so welcoming and polite. Stunning outside area where we ate wood fire pizzas and a cozy room. The kids even enjoyed dipping in the pool and the husband was excited about the sauna. It had a playroom which was good to kill time before bed and a tennis court too! We loved it!!!

The staff we're inviting and helpful. Easy check in, I was worried about the stack parking system because we had a large Ford Ranger Truck but to our surprise it fit perfectly and the staff moved it when they needed too without disturbing us. Make sure to reserve your parking space though on booking the room. We were planning not to use our truck anyway since restaurants and shops were a 2min walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved how it was an old building but had the comforts of a modern design. Our Bed was comfortable and we were on level one and I was surprised how quiet it was considering the apartments are in the central town but I think our room must have been in the middle of the building. Kitchen had everything we needed but we ubered food to us. We really enjoyed this place, Staff were exceptional

Walkable to town. Room had everything we needed. They were helpful and tried to accommodate our needs for parking with an electric car (and then we realised we forgot the charger). Enjoyed the layout of the room and was quiet even though in middle of town.

There was no parking at first. They said the road parking out front was free but we couldn't find any so had to pay $20 parking while we waited.

Well appointed, central location, great shower, bed etc. Tony on reception was particularly helpful both at check in and check out.

The tv set up was weird - it seemed the 2 tvs (bedroom and living room) didn’t work independently. But eventually I sorted them and got the casting working. 👍 There was also loud traffic noise on Friday night (hooligans) but closing off the bedroom blocked most of it.
