Location was great - central but NOT on the main road - yet main roads easily accessible by lights so coming and going was quick and easy. Venue was quiet because it is opposite an open space. Room was clean and appreciated getting new towels every day.

Nothing I didn’t like - just, parking was a little tighter than usual to fit sufficient parks for the number of rooms available. But being a quiet, off-road street on a corner with no other motel/hotel sites or houses there were plenty of parks on the road just in front of motel, so that was handy and super close. Definitely a plus.

It was next to the stadium so easy to go back and forth especially during the cold season and having a toddler.

The staff member was very rude from when we got there. In my years of travelling it was the first time for me to see that the lady that checked us out went to check on the room before we left like she excepted the room to be in a mess or something. (mind you someone close to me was also there but she didn't go and check on his room. She called him by his name so i assume he was a regular). We went for a rugby match and for some reason my family were told to keep quiet but we weren't the ones making noise. Discrimination much.

Host was obliging and friendly. Unit was basic, clean & spacious *(wheelchair access studio). Car parking was an issue, allocated room parking was taken by other tenants by the time we returned from our gig after 11.30pm. Surroundings were quiet, which ment a good nights sleep*(do advise if you require disabled parking, it is available directly outside wheelchair access room) Location was central to our needs. Would recommend 👌

roomy unit, very comfortable bed, panel heater warmed the room just right, unit downstairs so level entrance as I was on crutches.Good location as I had an appointment at the hospital at 8 a.m. Big TV with lots of channels which we enjoyed as we don't have TV at home.

I did request a disabled unit which didn't happen so I didn't have a shower. There was a spa bath which would have been fun if I could get into it.

Beautiful big spa bath and good sized bathroom. Good heating and bed was very firm and options of different pillows is good. Even though close to the stadium the noise was not noticeable with FIFA on one of the nights. Generally quiet and private.

I would have like the option of Netflix or TV on Demand. Only standard channels available. The bathroom could do with a refresh and a little more attention to cleaning cobwebs out of corners. Windows also were not very clean and this was on the inside next to the spa. Just a little treat would be to have a couple of coffee sachets for the Plunger. Not the awful Robert Harris bags, but the grained sachets that are available in quite a few of the motels.

The location was great for us as we were in Hamilton for a game at FMG Stadium. Friendly staff.

The room wasn't ready at check in time, we found a hair in the bed and the hot water had run out at 9am the next morning before we were checking out.

The location was perfect. Short 2 minute walk to the stadium for the rugby. Also close to all other amenities, esteries, and the PaknSave. The place was a lot cleaner than other reviewers said. It's super tidy and better than we expected. The family apartment is very well equipped and just all round a decent stay. Staff was lovely on arrival. She checked us in early and was super helpful. I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews because it ended up being a really good stay.

The heatpump took a long time to figure out how to work, and because it was cold and wet, we were very cold. But once we got there, it was perfect.

Good value, basic accomodation for transit stay.

Face value everything was clean but dropped something behind a table and found 5 years of dust, no so pleasant

The location was good for me to get around to where I needed to go. The room was great, the bed was so comfortable, shower was awesome lovely and hot for the cold mornings in Hamilton, traveling on my own (being a woman) I felt very safe coming back late at night. The Manger Jenny and staff were fantastic, couldn't have asked for anything more.

The welcome was genuine and nice; the bed was soooo comfortable, and the evening in such a full motel, was surprizingly quiet and restful.

The only concerning aspect would have been the stairway leading to the units on the first floor. It would have been a relatively simple maintainance task to make this a little safer by stabilizing / tightening stair treds. Because for an elderly person like me, suitcase in hand, the tred movement on the downward journey did cause concern.
