Separate rooms spa and kitchen

Arrived an out key wasn’t in lock box Needed more plugs in the kitchen was only one an with stovetop plugged in we have to toast toast in bedroom Didn’t come an give us fresh towel or do a service when we were there two nights

It was clean and comfortable in a good location close to town, shopping and parks. Most places I wanted to go I could get there i5-10 minutes. There was a convenience store close by and a supermarket a block away. It was nice and quiet. I wás there New Years eve and hardly heard anything.

There was a big spa bath in my room. While Ii realize this would be a plus, it was too big and made iit difficult to get in and take a shower. Also would have preferred not to be on the 2nd floor with no elevator and have to carry my suitcase up the stairs

We absolutely loved the location! The room was clean, and maintained to a high level, staff were absolutely awesome and accommodating and the price was fantastic!! Unfortunately I didn't realise we didn't have outside access from our room- instead we were down a series of corridors. I have a back injury so wasn't expecting that. More my own mistake tho. Also during our 2nd and 3rd nights of our 3 night stay the room lights kept coming on in the middle of the night. We'd turn them off go back to sleep and they'd all turn on again. Over and over again. But NEVER during the day!??! Very weird. Our room had a single and a double bed. Only the double had an electric blanket. Also the single only had one duvet and the double had a duvet and a big comforter on top. Which was a bit weird. Also the room was set out weird. The sink and cupboards and bench on one side of the room and fridge jug and toaster on the other. Not very functional. We also had a beautiful big spa bath in our room but it didn't work. You could use it as a bath but not as a spa which was unfortunate for us. But overall it was a wonderful stay and we'll be back again but will pick a different room

Room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. Our view was overlooking the swimming pool which was pleasant. Bed was comfortable and wifi was good after an initial problem with the Internet voucher.

There was a huge spa bath in the bathroom. This sounds good but the shower was over the spa and was quite a climb to get into the shower. Not for people who have problems with flexibility or shorter people. When we had our blinds up for light pool users were just under our windows.

We really enjoyed the space we had with the big 2 rooms, loved the Spa bath and the beds were awesome my bro had his own bed lol so it was amazing thank you very much also we would like to thank you guys for letting us arrive early and leave late that just made the experience all the more enjoyable so from me and my family thank you so much we will be back definitely

Very handy kitchenet fully kitted out with what was needed if we chose to make breakfast or dinner. Thought that was a great touch.

The shower that is in the bath that is massive and very high and does not have stairs for easier access. Just scared someone older or not as young slips and you might be held responsible.

It was very clean & well presented I loved the cute little touches with the pretty towel folds in the bathroom. I also loved their book in the room it had everything you would need from food to doctors phone nbrs plus web addresses for the businesses so you can order your food from your phone in your room. It was good value for money staff were lovely I'd be happy to stay there again.

Room was old but suitable, good size, it appeared the motel was being renovated (could be wrong).

Someone smoking pot outside of our room and talking to midnight. The section we stayed needed upgrading. Was just somewhere to stay. Also, we had to climb up and into the shower/spa bath, which one of our party couldn't accomplish in their room.

The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The location was so close to my work and cbd which was great as I didn't have to drive too far to get to where I needed to go.

The noise from other guests in the above rooms walking loudly at night when your trying to relax and settle in from a busy day at work.
