I like the customer service very nice and helpful. We had kids so they played outside in the grass but as there was a small hoop and a tree with stairs for playing. I like how the place wasn’t just rooms it was 2 bedroom very nice. Nice and clean, carpets were very plush and comfy. The place was clean and took and gave new towels everyday. Also we needed an extra park for a bit and host were accommodating for that.

I notice in one of the rooms you could hear a ringing noise but I don’t think it was the place we were staying but the neighbours next door. And probably would have been nice to use the pool and have more of a safe space for kids to play but there was very little space of grass.

I liked how the room facilitated everything I needed for my accommodation. I also enjoyed the Sky Digital Premium, the self-contained kitchen, and the shower and toilet.

I didn't like the water leak in the bathroom under the sink, as there was a lingering moldy smell. There were visible scratch marks in the closet, and the toilet door latch was stuck, needing WD-40 lubricant to open and close securely. Additionally, the heat pump filters needed cleaning, so I pulled them out and taped them outside to clean.

For 2 nights( 2 adults, 3 teenage boys - two separate families) two bedroom, separate lounge/dining space, separate kitchen, one bathroom with shower (fully furnished) all for $380 in total (2 nights) was great for our budget and party make up. Our accomodation was also very clean. The Chinese woman working on site (reception and cleaning) was very polite and friendly and she was welcoming (despite her english not being so great) she did very well. Despite being close to a busy road, intersection and noise traffic being evident this was not a hinderance to our stay. I/we would stay again at that price.

Friendly staff willing to listen and helpful to our particular needs. Loved the warm whare when we opened the door on initial entry. Location whilst on a busy intersection took getting used to our family were very happy to rest for 2 days in between why we came to Hamilton for.

Everything was managed to suit our needs. It was a resting place close to areas we needed to be at. Sorry didn't take any photos.

The room had a heat pump, which was great as it cooled the unit. The unit we stayed in had recently been upgraded with new carpet, curtains and painted.

There were only 3 dining chairs, but beds for 5 people. The unit was also short some crockery items, as it only had 3 cereal bowls.

The Location was convenient for our travelling arrangements. Pak'N'Save is located right across the road Miranda made contact to ensure we arrived safely with required check in details. Spacious and accommodatingly, warm.

There is an old musky old man smell however we appreciated the availability coming from a far.

I like it was a roomy older styled unit with a full size oven , but very comfortable even had a heat pump was perfect for us.

The only thing we would want improved was the water pressure in the shower , it was terrible but plenty of hot water.

It's like this don't judge the look of the cover because inside was exactly what I needed for one night The office Lady recommend the Chinese & Indian Take away bar a couple of houses up from motel

The shower needed more pressure, it took a while for it to wet your hair. And the curtains needed to sit a bit higher to keep the outside light out a bit more.

Vintage style unit. Warm. Clean. Good price.

Another couch or two more dining chairs would have been useful.
