As per my google review. Great value for money. The reveption smelt like curry and spice but everywhere else smelt fresh and clean. We got given 250ml of full cream milk. We got a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. It was raining so the stairs and upstairs walkway was very slippery. There were signs out advising people to be careful. In our apartment, 1 bedroom had 3 x single beds (soft to medium firmness) and 1 x super king bed in the other (medium firmness). Large bathroom with great amenities, walk in large tiled shower and toilet. The kitchen well equipped with cutlery and crockery. Breville kettle and toaster. Very clean aaprt from under the beds, alot of rubbish and fluff. Overall a great stay, very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend. There was no emergency housing people, all the people we spoke to were executives or people staying the night before heading to Auckland. Anyway, we will definitely be staying again! Great location and close to the Perry Stadium 😊

Stayed in one bedroom unit with 3 yr old. Great location, free wifi, very clean and tidy, super comfortable beds, nice little courtyard at the back. Felt safe and had all the things we needed. Appreciated the room clean while we were out and fresh soft towels. Loved the thick crisp sheets. Really happy with this motel and we extended an extra night. Would happily stay again.

A bit noisy in the carpark area on our first night with groups coming and going until midnight (Friday night) and could hear shower running from room above. The second night however was very quiet.

It's the only hotel I'll stay at in Hamilton, great location, always clean and really comfortable. Have never been let down when I've stayed there.

Not so much of a don't like, but the only feedback I have is that they should have a do not disturb sign especially, if not really needing cleaning service and staying for a couple of days... I was out in the patio only to walk back in the room with 3 cleaners in it, and was quite uncomfortable. Other then that the stay is always great.

“Absolutely perfect motel!!. Very clean and tidy unit. When we arrived, heating was on along with the towel heater, very thoughtful. The room was serviced every day.” Amazing staff that were not only friendly but very thoughtful. The hot tub was amazing, but it was a tad bit too hot for me. The location was perfect. Big thank you to the staff and owners of the Atrium. We absolutely loved our stay.

I love staying at the Atrium. The rooms provide good space and amenities to keep one warm and cool. Particularly, I always ask for the hot tub rooms as this makes going away from home enjoyable. Without a hot tub, I would still say the rooms are adequate for one person. The staff are very friendly and each room is cleaned with detail.

The rooms were clean and well set out. It was nice inside and felt comfortable. Fantastic location. Staff were friendly. Absolutely loved the shower and water pressure

The mattress wasn't very comfortable, you could feel the springs. Also you could hear the water rushing through the wall when someone above flush the toilet. My only 2 downsides. I would still recommend even with the above.

We liked the convenience of having a kitchenette in our studio for meal preparation and dining purposes. Our King sized studio was comfortable and roomy enough for a couple.We also enjoyed having a balcony where we could chat and enjoy a glass of wine, in the evening

The only issue we had with our kitchenette was there was no stove or hot plate in the room. The microwave was handy to use but our preference would have been to have a stove or hot plate to cook our food on.

Nice little room. Spacious bathroom. Private little patio area with hot tub was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful

Lounge was a bit small, but still ok. The hot tub wasnt working properly, which is why we booked this particular room, but that man was super helpful in trying to fix this and also gave us a discount because of this. Parking was quite tight. Not for you if you have a large vehicle or cant parallel park

Very clean, comfortable and practical. The bed was great and love the parking. Service was very friendly, informative and super quick process. No bs like some of the other motels in Hamilton. Will definetly come here every time we come to Hamilton. Great value for money.

Everything was great no complaints.

The personnel is nice and helpful. Additional towels for the hot tub. The maintenance personnel is available in less than 15 min. The heat pump was nice, the additional mini heater was nice. There was a rain cover above the hot tub.

Despite being 1/2 the way down the hotel, we could still hear the busy 4-lane (2x2) road. Lots of ants. We had to ask to check the hot tub 3 times (nearly 4) so the hot tub would work properly (unusably low water level, scorching hot, barely warm, off state). I am not sure the price jump for a room with hot tub was worth it. The parking is a bit tricky when crowded.
