It was a little bit inconvenient to have to check-in at another location, but it was not that far away, plus I had a very clear instruction about it after booking. It should have been mentioned in the hotel information though. Depending on where your room faces, mine faces the Norton Road, I could hear the car noise, but it wasn't bad. At night, it was very quiet. The wall of the room is very thin. I thought it was raining heavily when the next room showered. Again, that was ok for me. There were a few covered carpark downstairs (5 or 6). That's super good for me. I had a very happy stay here.

The bathroom was super clean by any standard, but I could smell a bit of mouldy smell at the basin. That may be because of the pipe down there. It wasn't that bad, but definitely noticeable.

Busy main road. I didn't like that you could hear people walking around in the upstairs apartment. I was in room 1. This was main entrance to the stairway. Continuous noise of other people coming and going. In the morning, and prior to 10am, I was packing my car and was locked out of my apartment and couldn't get the rest of my stuff! Eventually, I found a cleaner to open it for me. I understand the reason for an automatic system, but it's a bit rude for this to happen before 10am. The cleaner said he would mention it to the owners. This could have turned into a massive inconvenience if no cleaners were onsite, given that you have to check in at a completely different motel at a different address. My phone was locked in my room so I couldn't call anyone.

The cleanliness was immaculate - thank you. It even smelled clean when walking in. I really liked the selection of online streaming - loads of choices! The decor was really nice, I liked the quality of sheets, cushions etc looked lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks so much - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to stay again. I will definitely recommend to others.

House keeping definitely do a great job - it may help to have some trolleys or a tidier way of having things in the hallway when they're cleaning. From a guests point of view it looks a bit messy with all the linen and laundry bags all the way down the corridor - but I personally didn't mind myself. The only difficulty I had was getting my luggage up and down the stairs, being on the second floor. I'd definitely stay again, but would prefer a floor room (4 or 5), away from the busy housekeeping also. It would be very helpful to supply guests with a do not disturb sign. I got caught coming out of the shower.

Outstanding room. Beautiful and clean with great utensils etc. Parking under shelter was a bonus.

I didn't read the text the day before well where it stated that I had to pick wipe card up from below address. Because I had booked motel several weeks earlier, I had forgotten the name of the motel, getting confused by Norton Motel and Ashworth Manor thinking maybe it was same place. Then I saw 16 Thackeray, Because I'm not from Hamilton I thought Thackeray was the side street off Norton Road since the motel is on a corner. Maybe instead of saying 'you need to come to the below address', say 'check in at a different location'. It isn't a big deal though

Modern accommodation, stovetop, fridge and cooking utensils, off street parking and a great extra large comfy bed.

Hate that you have to pick up key from a different motel cross town. Making two stops at the end of a long journey is so inconvenient. Can’t you just install lock boxes like other e-motels? Tap in kitchen kept randomly sending water out into sink several times during the night.

The room was very spacious. the space was utilized extremely well. Had a kitchenette & breakfast bar. We were on top level and it was very quiet for a Saturday night. There was a rugby game on that we were not aware of when booking and the place was booked out, but we had NO reason to worry as i say it was very quiet.

the air con was blocked. so of course when turned on it leaked water onto floor by bed. Not nice when getting up to go to the bathroom. So please get the air cons checked regularly. Did not stop me from giving a score of 10

Thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at the Norton Motel. The studio was a good size and very well appointed, with a huge comfortable bed and a fabulous shower. Despite being on a main road, it was remarkably quiet and the location was perfect for both the cricket ground and the rugby stadium. We intend to stay there again on our next visit to Hamilton.

There was a good-sized TV in the room but unfortunately when we tried to watch it there was so much buffering that it was impossible. Also, the bath towels were a bit small and rather thin.

Good, central, and easy-to-find location. The carpark was easily accessible on a side street off Norton Road. Exceptionally clean, with friendly cleaning staff. Thank you to the staff for allowing me to check in at midday instead of 2pm, so I could have a nap after a long drive. Great water pressure in the shower! Bed was incredibly comfortable. It was easy for me to connect my phone to the telly so I could watch YouTube and Netflix. I appreciated the 300ml bottle of milk that was provided on checking in. Checking out was easy, simply leaving my key card on the bench in the room and closing the door behind me.

The check-in staff were great, but it was a bit of a pain having to drive a few kilometres away to receive a key card from staff at a different motel. This process is not mentioned anywhere on the advert for this motel. I was in room 5, which is on the ground floor. I was unfortunately able to hear a fair amount of walkings-around from the room directly above me.

Very new and modern, and very clean. Nice to have a stovetop as well as microwave even though we didn't need them during our visit. Very close proximity to the stadium, within walking distance if you're attending an event there. Pretty soundproof as well despite being right beside the main road. Beds and pillows were comfy but are two seperate beds pushed together.

Having to check in at a separate motel before going to the Norton was about all really. If payment is made before checking in, a lockbox with the door card could be provided. No shampoo but there was conditioner?

The motel is new so everything was great. The only staff there were the cleaners and their English was not too good however they were polite and went about their duties with respect to the guest still staying there. I liked that you needed to use your electronic key to gain access to the entrance thus a good measure of security. We will keep this motel in mind next we are in Hamilton which will be up to 3 times a year. Very good place. I was not expecting what we got.

The reverse cycle heating but in all fairness it could have been me not understanding it's function's properly.
