Rooms were exceptionally quiet with good quality blackout curtains. Aircon comfort mid summer was great. Breakfast food and beverage selection was excellent. Evening restaurant meals were tasty too with full bar facilities. Great central location.

This place is brand spanking new and super clean. They've got some great tea and coffee options for when you need a break. It's really handy - everything you might need is just a stone's throw away. But the best part? You can take a nice stroll down to the lake. It's pretty sweet! And don't forget friendly staffs!!

Staff member was friendly , room was clean & tidy. All amenities worked well. Spa was good. There were enough parking spots in front of the property. Convenient place with lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was a gym as well although we could not use.

Clean, spacious, private, quiet, comfortable bed and loved all the little extra touches! My husband and I arrived at the hotel after our wedding and there was a gorgeous towel and rose display on the bed! So thoughtful!

Quiet location close to this lovely little town. Loads of nearby eateries. Beautiful big room, nicely furnished excellent amenities. Great breakfast included.

Incredibly clean and comfortable stay!

Super comfy beds and luxuriously comfy pillows. Super TV selections. Super helpful staff. Super good sized bedroom and bathroom. Super great breakfast selection , taste and value for money. Super to have coffee pod machine in room and real bottled milk, and super Zeeling Tea selection. Super sunny lake facing room made super warm and cosy room. Super room CLEANERS. Super location and super easy parking.

Towels were a bit small and hard. Noisey aircon unit outside our room even when our aircon was turned off. Would love to have two comfy lounge chairs to sit on, as only one for two adults. But otherwise room was perfect !

The location and the amazing views

Location was perfect for us. The room was suitable too. I had booked two single beds for mum and me - so the super king had to be made into two single beds. The housekeeping staff managed to do this really quickly, so no problem. Lots of free parking in the carpark, especially once the shops closed.

We checked in after 4pm, and yet there were rubbish bags - i expect from servicing the rooms - gathered outside the lift on Level 1 which didnt feel or look very nice. Room was nice - but would be good to have a long length mirror in the room - maybe inside the wardrobe door. $300 for a night feels pricey but is what it is i guess. Otherwise, a nice stay in a nice location in a nice room - thanks!
