This is our third time staying here and works perfect for us every time. Free parking below. Location is superb if you have work in the cbd, visiting for the cricket or a Chiefs rugby game. Pak n Save across the road and walking distance to the river.

For the first time - we had a room that had an interconnected door. Only issue was we could hear the neighbour talking all night. Next time we hope to get a room that doesn't have an interconnected door.

Zeta Motel is a well priced, perfect for 2-3 nights stays. The beds are luxurious way comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is also well sized and well equipped. And everything is perfectly clean.

We received only one door key. There is no reception in the building itself. If something is needed, you can call the reception, but you have to go to the other building yourself for the requested item (e.g. a towel). And the window of the room is facing toward a concrete wall just arm distance from you. :-((((

The place was clean, well maintained had excellent parking. Problems were if one person went out and the other stayed in because we had one key card which controlled entrance to facility and our apartment entrance and power, it meant no power while the other was out or the person staying in had to open entrance ways and apartment door. Two key cards would have solved this. Also a couch or two arm chairs would make it even more comfy. A good location. Exceptional cleanliness - I personally value cleanliness as a top priority when staying in motel etc accommodation. Also the apartment had excellent heating. Not a romantic get away as such but lovely for going out for drinks or dinner or a walk along the river with your partner.

Key cards we needed two. Other apartment noisy - arguing between a couple. Not pleasant and could hear it from our apartment. Foyers could be cleaner. Two comfy arm chairs!

A very organised and value/comfort add provider to booking.com. Clean, good facilities and good communication on what to do to make the most of it. I love value so an opportunity to stay at a site running a satellite operation from a core/central address made so much sense to me.

It could be failed horribly but they’ve managed to hold the value proposition and remote control in balance so there’s nothing to not like to be honest. Congrats to them.

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed here. The rooms are massive. Each time I’ve stayed the rooms have always been clean and tidy they appear to have been renovated recently

This is a very minor grumble and might not count for everyone. The windows above the entry door does let quite a bit of light in especially if there’s an exterior light right outside your room. Im just sensitive to light

The bed was comfy, the shower was great and there was plenty of room to spread out. Pak ‘n Save is across the road, Woolies around the corner, Briscoes across the road too. Very handy. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

A few more basic cooking bits and pieces would have been helpful. I bought a sharp knife and potato peeler which I left there.

Just a issue with getting my bond back still hasn’t come back into my, it shows that it went into my account straight away but my account never actually received it yet the receptionist said would go in within 6 hours but said to call him if it hasnt gone in by 11am monday morning so could just be sunday an banks domt do the transfer on sundays but just weird

Everything it was exceptional. We travel the world one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Don't raise your tariffs be fair and keep them fair

Checking in at another hotel where the reception area stunk of curry. Being an older couple carrying our suitcases up 3 floors from the parking garage (it would have been good for them to have told us and then maybe offer a room with less stairs Slippery bathroom tiles (dangerous when wet)

The location worked for us. There was a daily replacement of towels.

Introduction on how to operate all the appliances and where to find the utensils. Power points needed to be turned on for the appliances. There was a separate drawer (hidden) for the utensils.

Very big open room, comfortable, lots of plugs

Getting the key when you check in from a different property is a huge inconvenience. Feels like the customer is inconvenienced rather than the motel, and it should be the other way round.
