We dined at the Restaurant every night of our stay. The Restaurant Staff were always friendly, polite and happy to help. We were welcomed with smiles. The food was exceptional and well received. Please pass on our compliments to the Chef and kitchen staff. I would like to give an extra shout out to Charli and Xena. They were awesome! We were always welcomed with a big smile from Charli when we walked in. Xena was really helpful and friendly as well. Our room was serviced really well, and I was quite impressed to see that the floors were vacuumed daily.

The spa bath looked like the surface had chipped off and been repainted. We didn't feel confident in having a spa bath because of the broken surface. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints.

Excellent base for a week of travelling to Lake Karapiro for a rowing regatta. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the amenities at the hotel (pool, gym, restaurant) were good enough to provide everything that was needed. It is a motel in layout (ability to park outside your room, and predominantly single level), but the rooms are like hotel rooms. Although on a major road and by an airport, this was a very quiet premises and we both slept really well.

This is an excellent location for Hamilton Airport and for Mystery Creek. It's close to the Waikato Expressway, and we found that it was easy and quick to get to Leamington, Cambridge and Lake Karapiro. However, there are no other facilities around the hotel, so you need to pick up things like food and other supplies if you are staying for a prolonged period.

The Powerlifting National Champs were held at Jetpark and it was wonderful to be able to be accommodated at the same venue. Restaurant meals were delicious. Staff were helpful. The shower pressure was great as was the room lighting. The bed sheets felt divine.

The room could have been a little cleaner on my arrival especially given the cost of the room. There was a mark on the back of the bathroom door which was noticeable when the door was closed and you were in the bathroom. I wiped it off myself. There was some stuff that had not been vacuumed off the carpet under the desk.

Was travelling en-route to Auckland from Gisborne with 2 babies under 2, and had to make a very last minute booking to settle in for the night, we made the booking 30mins prior to checking in and everything went seamlessly - check in was prompt, carport right outside your room for easy access & the room & bathroom was modern, clean & chic! A comfortable stay for 2 adults & 2 children with plenty of space for children to play. Room service was also a godsend, after a long road trip it was comforting to eat a delicious hearty meal without having to go anywhere or get children ready again. Iv stayed at a lot of different hotels/motels in Hamilton city and this was by far - exceptional in comparison. For what we paid, it was a steal!

Location is a little on the outskirts of Htown, so very quiet except for airplanes/traffic passing by. Very happy we stumbled across Jetpark Hamilton for the o/night stay. Room very clean, we just adjusted furniture around (my youngest is super playful so needed to ensure space for movement. 3x Boys loved the pool particularly occupying for themselves. The Restaurant was beautiful, loved being able to book lastminute and less than a minutes walk from our room. Bit saddened to see the restaurant quiet/not busy, really is a neat place. Very friendly/welcoming staff, and appreciated being able to enjoy dinner with my mum and kids. Probably thought 3-4 tenders and chips would’ve suited for dinner. My 2 youngest had 2x tenders each and were still hungry, so ordered a Margherita pizza. My eldest had fish&chips, at least a good 6x med-sized fish bites, and enjoyed his dinner. My mums lambshank, looked divine, she thoroughly enjoyed it. Pork belly was delicious, I definitely needed the side mash. Breakfast was lovely, just enough to get us by yesterday morning. I look forward to booking again in the future!

The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left. We received a very warm welcome. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. The rooms and facilities were fantastic. We couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The onsite Restuarant was absolutely amazing. We had a first class dinner which was reasonably priced. The breakfast was delicious. The location was great. The Hamilton airport was right next door and the motorway was less than 10 minutes down the road.

It would have been nice if the outdoor pool was heated but this didn’t affect our stay at all.

Lamp in bed 2 didn't work Milk wasn't replenished on day 2 Wet slippery tiles on floor and wall of bathroom are a hazard!!!! One shower, with the window open and the walls were streaming and the floor damp and slippery. Makeup flannel not replaced on day 2, sorry to the laundry, foundation is hard to get out of white! The option to make up the singles in bed 2 as a double would have been nice These are all picky things, but attention to detail is all that is needed for the place to be exceptional!!

Staff welcomed us and our fur baby upon arrival, the room was nice and clean with no traces of other animals that had stayed in there previously (I have stayed at others and notice fur etc) had the steak meal for dinner and the buffet breakfast at the restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed playing tennis and basketball which the hotel provided balls racket’s etc.The staff were absolutely amazing both at the front desk as well as the restaurant. Be will definitely staying again and using other locations of jet park hotel accommodation. Thanks

From check in to check out, we had a great experience. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day. I would like to give a shout out to the Restaurant Staff in particular. The food was delicious, the front of house staff were friendly and always happy to help. Greeted every night with a smile after a long, cold and wet day at the Fieldays was pretty cool.

We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't use our spa bath. It was chipped and looked like it had blobs of sealant on the chipped bits which made us not want to use it.

The location is at the Hamilton Airport. Easy to find from State Highway 1, so access to and from Southbound and Northbound is a breeze. Parking can fit all types of vehicles, including the 6m truck we were driving and there are plenty of spaces. The staff were excellent from beginning to end, always helpful and pleasant. We were upgraded to an executive room, first floor (there is only one level up) which was more than comfortable for our stay. There isn’t a lift, 13 stairs up or down, so be mindful of that if you’re lugging baggage up and down the stairs. Buffett breakfast was good, more than enough to satisfy for hot or continental lovers. We went to the restaurant for dinner which again was excellent and good value for drinks and food. Couldn’t fault it at all. You will get a great night sleep, no issues with noise. 10/10.
