As we had to travel for 6hrs got a call the day before to say our room would be ready if we arrived before 11am. Excellent we arrived 1045am. Thank you. Close to hospital for early appoinment next day. Facilities clean, bed comfortable, heated towel rail a bonus, 2 hooks in shower room ideal. 4 bath towels provided 4 a long day and 1 night another bonus.

I didn't like the tea choices, eg peppermint! Not enough or no English breakfast type teas.

Lovely property with great hosts. We had to stay in Hamilton after one of us had surgery. We were upgraded to a really lovely clean room with a super comfortable bed, couch and a good sized bathroom with an awesome shower. The room had everything we needed and it was no problem to request additional pillows and they even gave us a loan of a phone adaptor. Thank you so much for your wonderful generosity and kind service we highly recommend this Motor Lodge.

Very friendly staff, helpful and going out of their way to accommodate our needs. Somewhere my answer to their email got lost and they called me just on the basis that I was traveling with my young son to make sure the sleeping setup was as we wanted it. Thanks Graham..

The couch bed in the lounge was setup in a way that declined towards the head end and I just realized in the evening and did not want to make a fuss because it was easy remedied with the pillows provided.

From the moment we walked in the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our room and shown the things we needed to know. The motel is situated on a busy road and easy to find but given its location our room was almost silent when the door was closed due the employment of clever engineering. We opted for the in house breakfast option which looked standard but when delivered the night before was more bountiful than expected.

The studio apartment was a very good size and the bed was really comfy. The fact it had onsite parking was a huge bonus. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need to enjoy a long or short stay. The staff were friendly and I couldn't fault them.

The only downside was there wasn't much to do in walking distance, not really a downside but would be a plus if there were more restaurants close by.

I loved the room, bathroom facilities and resources were provided and everything was neatly presented. There were zero issues throughout the whole stay and the main man at the office was an absolutely kind and helpful individual. Clean! Convenient! And best of all, it was relaxing!

I didn’t like that I had to go home 😅 The weather wasn’t really on our side but we still managed to walk up the road to the shops, barbers and pizza spot. Was nice nonetheless ☺️

I appreciated the phone call to check what time we were coming. Unfortunately when we did arrive, the carpaek we needed wasn't available. An alternative space was given to us. The room was really lovely, and I was particularly grateful that the heat pump had been left on for us. Unfortunately our Sky TV wasn't working that night, But it worked the next day.

As below, the TV and the carpark but that was it. I'd be more than happy to stay again.

It was a last minute booking for us, we needed something close to the hospital- perfect location. The host had waited for us, he was amazing, friendly, great service and took the time to show us everything. The room was superb, lovely, clean and perfect for our needs. Even had biscuits, a decent size milk and an awesome assortment of teas and coffees. Bed was great.

Nothing it was perfect.

Our first stay here. A lovely welcome from Lesley at reception started our stay on a great footing. From here the room was spotless, warm and quiet even next to the hospital. If you are looking for a soak in the bath, don’t go past Argent. Beautifully clean, deep and large bath. Liked the separate bedroom and the additional tv if that is your thing. Great tea/coffee supplies

Nothing to not like, though one suggestion would be QR codes to stream tv.

Facility was great, so close to Hamilton Hospital. room was clean & tidy & had everything we needed to relax at the end of a long day. Beds were super comfy, & sheets were fantastic. Graeme was awesome- flexible re late checkin & gave us a lift to & from the hospital the next day so we could leave the car parked at the Motor Lodge. Saved us some stress- thanks again Graeme.
