On arrival I was met with a very nice young man in the office. The beds were amazing and comfortable. The shower was the best and the room itself was comfy and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and will be booking aging next year......with more people X before we left we met a couple of the cleaners, very polite with beautiful smiles great service xx

Nothing really was happy with everything. maybe a little spruce up, ie, paint the walls and tidy silicone around the bath. But that is only being picky xx thank you for a great service and stay much appreciated ❤️

Convenient

Office was very dirty and uninviting at the door. Inside was no better. The toilet bowl was extremely stained. The wash basin took forever to run away. Chair upholstery was very worn. Hot and cold taps in kitchen had opposite labels. Light above bed needed a new light bulb. Shower rose sprayed every where and even over top of shower curtain. No one in office at 9am so when I rang I was told to put keys through window. I tried to explain problems but it was rather awkward over phone from front door the phone was filthy to hold. Theses problems where between unit 6&8

Location was excellent. The unit was clean and presentation was excellent within the unit. The bed was very comfortable.

The rust in the sink in the bathroom and the lack of an electric blanket. Unfortunately the exterior of the complex was very poorly presented with the gardens being disgusting. Also a full water soaked ashtray, containing wet soggy smokes right outside the unit was not asthethically pleasing.

Helpfulness when plugs weren't available for kitchen. Quietness of location

A bit difficult to use remotes and wireless internet wasn't available first night. Maybe a non slip mat in bottom of bath for shower use.

Great location. Central to all we needed. Warm and comfy.

We're some very dodgy looking power points. Needs a refurbish which we could see they had started in other rooms. Maybe could decrease price until upgrade.

Nice quiet location with plenty of off street parking. Room clean, tidy and very warm but somethings showing their age. Bed was large clean and comfortable.

Aspen is the only motel that we've stayed in this year that has sky TV, excellent ,if your a rugby n league buff it was good not having to out to a bar to watch.

Room was awesome well equipped, great water pressure

Had to keep curtains closed for the most part as there was no netting for privacy

Roomy

Two pillows for two people is not satisfactory. No teaspoons. A very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom. The exterior of the building needs a tidy up.
