There was no breakfast but none was expected. The location was interesting with both a Park and the Waikato River within easy walking distance. Some would call the area Refugee central, which made for colourful ethnic diversity as people came and went from the many apartment complexes, but also surprisingly quiet as most seemed to be empty although perhaps many were away for the long weekend to escape the concert scheduled to take place in the Park on the Sunday.

The free wifi only seemed to work on the first night when I was the only person staying after that it was either too congested by other users or switched off.

Absolutely everything. This apartment exceeded my expectations. It is really a hotel inside the apartment. The beds are super comfy , the pillows perfect and the couch was js like a bed, easily fall asleep on. The whole apartment is fully equipped, from all the cutleries, dishes, cookinf utensils, right to all the extra towels ✨ LOVED IT. This 2bedroom appt we booked was big enough to sleep 6 adults comfortably and more if you have children✨ Definitely worth stafying it. Free wifi also, and tge huge mitsibishi in the lounge made sure that the whole house was heated at nightand nice and cool during th day. ✨ Amazing staff who helped my best friend and I check in late in, in the evening. Absolutely greatful for your services. I will definitely recommend this apartment to people, its in a quiet street, close to fmg stadium fr the rugby, and close to pak and save and some noce bars and eateries. ✨ This apartment is better than hotels, because you can cook, all the pots and pans are provided, good air filtering system when cooking, spacious lounge, and a balcony but the tv was everything- smart tv that we needed fr music and netflix 🙌 Also have house keeping, so you get your apartment nice and clean each day ✨🙌Thank you so much stanley for an amazing weekend stay 🙌 we will be back, next time probably with family also ✨🙌

Just a small leak on th carpet, next to th fridge. Not sure where it came from, but it was nothing ddnt affect our stay at all.

Not a fan of the concrete apartment, it makes the rooms very cold especially seeing as the heat pump didn’t really heat up, other than that 10/10 stay would definitely stay again!

The location was great for us attending an event at Claudelands Event Centre. The property was clean. It was very cold the first night and the main bedroom wasnt warm enough so I moved out to the bed in the lounge and slept under the heat pump.

We had a stranger knocking on our door about 8pm on Saturday night asking to come in. When we didnt open the door we saw him walking down the road trying to open car doors that were parked along Stanley Street.

Location was perfect in terms of getting to and from where we needed to be and it. I paid for my parents and my parents loved the stay and will be considering coming back here again soon.

None to specify. For an overnight stay my parents had a warm night sleep. My parents would love to stay here again.

The cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, quality utensils and all you need in a kitchen was perfect and i liked it.

I requested for a pickup from Auckland airport. that would have been a big bonus if it was provided. The bed in the lounge could be replaced with a sofa bed. otherwise, everything else was perfect. so clean and convenient

We liked the space ...the bedding...couch...table...chairs...kitchen facilities....quiet...good parking...very good value

A table lamp would be good...a fish slice in the kitchen...some coat hangers

The apartment was spacious.

Minimal equipment - eg. Soup spoons, but no desert spoons, two power outlets in kitchen - both located behind refrigerator and both in use by the refrigerator and the microwave - had to request a power board to.be able to use the jug and toaster.

I was there catering for a gym comp going on at the Globox arena and it was so handy that the apartment had a stove and oven

Just needed to have a vacuum or a dustpan available inside the room to clean up crumbs ect

No Breakfast supplied, but great kitchen facilities, need a large draining and solid spoon for saucepans. Otherwise everything was great.

More carparks, said serviced daily, but didn't make up the bed, don't know whether that was supposed to or not., but fresh towels so all good.
