Amazing motel!! I was a bit hesitant with this place on reading some reviews.... BUT! The Asian lady on reception was really warm and welcoming on check in; she showed us to our room and provided us with a bottle of milk! The beds are comfy with air con and heater, and the spa bath is superb too. Friendly Asian guy behind counter on checkout, which was super quick! Well lit clean rooms and facilities. I had to book another night via phone call due to an emergency and the same Asian lady who checked us in the day prior was more than willing to help us, so I'm currently sat in the heated bed typing this! Thankyou guys, I highly recommend this motel to anyone reading!

The only **small** issue is the WiFi isn't overly strong in the room I stayed in. Not a big issue but it might be for others who have business needs. It could be worth looking into? Apart from this, nothing else to complain about!

Extremely clean and tidy. Staff couldn’t do enough to make the stay great enough to become my first port of call in future. Loved the big spa bath and welcome treats :) Delicious breakfast too.

Not a big deal because everything else was soo great but I couldn’t get online and there wasn’t a sheet/folder on how to contact reception, a recommendation of local places to eat etc and I’m not sure if they had some kind of TV upgrade like Sky or something.

Great location, spacious unit. Comfortable room. I enjoyed staying here, and think it is the best value for your money in town. Great location and so easy to find. Will happily stay here again.

There was only one down- side to the stay. It was not the fault of the Motel, but I had to call the Police after midnight due to a couple in another unit physically fighting. They were obviously gang affiliated. Unknown if they were in an emergency housing situation or standard guests.

Got offered continental breakfast that included, toast, muffin, cereal, fruit, donut, juice & milk along with a variety of spreads for $1 person. Great value. Beds are comfortable, showers were good.

Only issue we had was the parking very narrow. Parking slots are allocated to respective units or rooms. This causes air of confusion. One resident / guest took 2 carpark space resulting in is parking our car in the road.

The staff was amazing and catered for us very well ...loved the bed was very comfortable.

The toilet paper, it is like you have to get so so much just for 1 wipe ..it was only 1 ply we did not like it The first night we couldn't watch Netflix or anything else due to poor wifi connection...the second night was good as we could watch a movie..I think it was due to so many people using the wifi all at once

Sometimes, the guests in the other room stay up too late and are quite noisy, but things quiet down after 11.

The owners and staff are always so friendly and accommodating i could not manage the stairs due to a sudden injury and when I rang I was immediately upgraded to a more accessible room and not charged for the difference.there were water bottles and snacks fresh milk and ample tea and coffess bathroom was impeccably clean as was the rest of the room

Best motel experience ever. Best staff very helpful. Lost my phone and the manager helped me and let me use the phone and computer all day. Gave me water and made me fee comfortable. And in the rooms there were treats in the room which added another touch. Water. Chips and biscuits. Was given a late checkout.

The wifi was great, the bed comfortable and basic kitchen and bathroom facilities were acceptable. The shower was nice and hot.

The wall was really thin and I heard the man next door snoring for half the night. No place in the bathroom to put toiletries and clothing except the floor.
