The closeness to everything & Rooms were lovely & clean. Comfortable bed etc.

The fact that we had to pay 200 bond for room lucky we had the spare extra money. Would be good if there wasn't a bond as money is scarce these days especially after paying for Accomadation then have to pay that on top . We actually phoned reception prior to ask if there were any other fees on top of wot u had to pay per night got told no no extra fees . We arrived to check in & got slammed with extra $200 bond fee on top of wot we had to pay for the night.😡 our room had a spa was good but Only thing I had problem with is the hot water ran out pretty Quick. Witch after paying that type of money u shouldn't expect that to happen

The room was fairly clean, spacious and was far from the traffic noise as it was set far back from the road. It had plenty of tea and coffee supplies and a little fridge-freezer.

The room had an odd smell initially but this cleared after I opened some windows. The bed was much lower than I was used to so a little difficult for me to get up off. The plastic shower curtain was torn and not hanging well.The bath was grubby around the top join with the wall so I cleaned it. The bath looked clean inside but after I filled it and got in I could feel a rim of grubbiness left from a previous bather.

I had a ground floor unit in the front part of the motel. The bathroom faced the main road, but by shutting the door I was able to make the rest of the unit quiet and shut out the street light for sleeping. The bed was comfortable, and enough appliances, crockery, utensils and tea, coffee and milk were provided that I could make supper and breakfast ( i carry my own breakfast supplies). The motel location is easy walking distance to a major supermarket and a variety of restaurants.

Large and spacious shower with good pressure

Accidentally booked 4 nights instead of 3 and called them right away but was told I couldn’t get the 4th night refunded. I then asked if I could change the days (from mon-Fri to tues-sat) so I could at least have the 4 nights that I paid but was told no. I was then told I could booked the Friday night at full charge if I wanted. It was my mistake when booking but I felt a little ripped off

The room has room for 3 people but the kitchenette was not well planned Microwave in the space where kettle and toaster shud be Knives forks etc were on a plate above 6 foot and u couldn't see them had u pulled a plate at and not touched the forks etc u would probably be hit on the head

This is a great place to stay. It's affordable, and exceeded my expectations for the price. The bed was comfortable, it was impeccably clean, the shower was large and had great pressure, there was a toaster and jug, fridge etc - everything to self cater a light breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There is a sign in the office, but it would have been helpful to also note in the unit that iron/hairdryer is available from the office.

The bed was very comfortable. Loved the variety of pillows as I'm a finnicky sleeper. Very clean, tidy and hygienic room and bathroom. loved the water pressure in the shower. A little bit of noise but nothing drastic. Security chain on the front door was an added bonus for me. Staff was nice and polite. No hassles or delays.

For the price I paid, I thought it was great value for money.

Location was great, close to town, paknsave, takeaway shops, walks by river. Door between bathroom and bedroom was great stopping traffic noise. Very enjoyable stay and value for cost.

Found rubbish bin in toilet had not been emptied, used soap in shower and bathroom floor had not been cleaned. Having mentioned this it would not stop me from staying here.

Spa bath was clean and working, parking on site and near the room. Plenty of hotwater & strong WiFi. Kettle, microwave & fridge were clean. Unit looked fairly new. Back unit was quiet. Single bed was firm to my liking but the double bed was too soft though this is personal preference, Kids didn't mind it.

complimentary milk came in tiny capsule shots, i needed 5 for 1 cup of coffee. too much plastic.

Location was good, very handy to supermarket and attractions. Although the room I was in was close to the the main road there was hardly any traffic noise. Good shower (although it was over the spa-bath).

The bed was a bit soft for my liking and there was no lounge chair to sit in. It was a bit of a fiddle with the coffee and tea making facilities.
