The closeness to everything & Rooms were lovely & clean. Comfortable bed etc.

The fact that we had to pay 200 bond for room lucky we had the spare extra money. Would be good if there wasn't a bond as money is scarce these days especially after paying for Accomadation then have to pay that on top . We actually phoned reception prior to ask if there were any other fees on top of wot u had to pay per night got told no no extra fees . We arrived to check in & got slammed with extra $200 bond fee on top of wot we had to pay for the night.😡 our room had a spa was good but Only thing I had problem with is the hot water ran out pretty Quick. Witch after paying that type of money u shouldn't expect that to happen

The room was fairly clean, spacious and was far from the traffic noise as it was set far back from the road. It had plenty of tea and coffee supplies and a little fridge-freezer.

The room had an odd smell initially but this cleared after I opened some windows. The bed was much lower than I was used to so a little difficult for me to get up off. The plastic shower curtain was torn and not hanging well.The bath was grubby around the top join with the wall so I cleaned it. The bath looked clean inside but after I filled it and got in I could feel a rim of grubbiness left from a previous bather.

Accidentally booked 4 nights instead of 3 and called them right away but was told I couldn’t get the 4th night refunded. I then asked if I could change the days (from mon-Fri to tues-sat) so I could at least have the 4 nights that I paid but was told no. I was then told I could booked the Friday night at full charge if I wanted. It was my mistake when booking but I felt a little ripped off

This is a great place to stay. It's affordable, and exceeded my expectations for the price. The bed was comfortable, it was impeccably clean, the shower was large and had great pressure, there was a toaster and jug, fridge etc - everything to self cater a light breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There is a sign in the office, but it would have been helpful to also note in the unit that iron/hairdryer is available from the office.

Spa bath was clean and working, parking on site and near the room. Plenty of hotwater & strong WiFi. Kettle, microwave & fridge were clean. Unit looked fairly new. Back unit was quiet. Single bed was firm to my liking but the double bed was too soft though this is personal preference, Kids didn't mind it.

complimentary milk came in tiny capsule shots, i needed 5 for 1 cup of coffee. too much plastic.

Location was good, very handy to supermarket and attractions. Although the room I was in was close to the the main road there was hardly any traffic noise. Good shower (although it was over the spa-bath).

The bed was a bit soft for my liking and there was no lounge chair to sit in. It was a bit of a fiddle with the coffee and tea making facilities.

The room was comfortable and spacious. It was nice to have a bath and a spa bath at that. Parking was easy and the bed was comfortable. Some Sky services were available. Staff were friendly.

My room was quite a dark room squeezed into the corner with very little light. I assume this reflects the price I paid. The parking area had a few people running around and making a bit of noise. But fine after 9pm.

3 of the beds were firm, the fourth bed was a little soft, but we all found one to suit our backs and the person who slept on the soft one didn't complain of a sore back the next day, so I guess the beds were ok. I like having a fridge and microwave, plus jug and toaster, in the units.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable and much larger than most. The bathroom was modern and spacious. A staff member was very helpful when I couldn't figure out how to work the aircon. The stay was great value for money. I would recommend this motel, and would stay again

Location was great. Good sized bathroom. Was able to leave ahead of opening hours. Parking was right outside our door. Also provided milk, kettle, toaster, fridge. Very convenient.

Room opened out to stairs. Window in bathroom opened out to the road so needed to be careful about privacy.
