Good location, everytime I GPS thing, they were all within 5 mins of our room. Like that it is tucked away from the main room. Like that the back has lots of greenery, offers a nice view. The bed was so comfy, shower great and good pressure. Very family friendly

Not really a biggy....probably only downside would be the distance from the carpark to room was quite far and had a staircase in between. It's all outdoors so offers no weather protection when lugging all of your belongings into the room. Just take jackets/umbrellas in preparation

The rooms were big and there was a small dinig area in the kitchen which was very nice. Choice of this hotel has been due to its convenient location towards the lake around which you can take a great walk in the morning and evening in summertime, really not being far away. The main bus central station is reachable in a few minutes by foot. So I guess for a holiday in Hamilton as well as for a business travel its a great choice. Nice quiet place to spend the night and a very good idea that mostly the rooms are not directed towards the parking area. Staff was very helpful and friendly and check in and out easy transactions.

The price is high, but we had a very spacious room and its situated near the congress and health care district.

Very happy,polite and responsive staff.Attended to any concerns immediately and effectively-our next door unit guests ran their aircon all night so we were moved to a quieter unit immediately we let the receptionist know.Our sleep was then blissful.I also appreciated the kindness and willingness of the owner to help with finding homes for the sweet,hungry cats and kittens just over their boundary.

Nothing.A very reasonably-priced venue with a manager with high standards.

The location was under 30 minutes to both venues that I needed to attend, access to the center of town was in walking distance, room was tidy and clean just the correct space we needed to be comfortable, bed was comfortable with pillows and covers.

That I had to check out early, I wished I could have stayed an extra night just to relax before leaving for home.

Location was incredibly central to everything. A nice sized room with a bedroom and kitchenette with everything we needed. New toilet, flooring and fridge.

The motel needs a re-vamp on the outside (painting, tidying up etc) Although beds, bathroom, kitchenette were clean there were holes in the bathroom that had been roughly fixed. The edges of the room needed a good vacuum. Dirty marks on doors and switches. The garden area was overgrown.

We got a large apartment for our stay, more than adequate for our needs. All facilities provided including a cooking stove in the kitchen area.

The motel is on bit of a hill so if you venture down to Hamilton centre, a 10 to 15 minute walk, you need to save a little energy for making your way back.

We really liked the location. It's proximity to the city center and the stadium. Awesome

Due to a late night the night before, we had asked the owners of the premises if we can check out a little later than 10am, infact asking if we can check out at 12noon and were willing to pay extra for a late checkout but the owner refused. That was the only dent to our stay at the motel.

The size of the room was more like an apartment. Split systems in every room. Amazing wifi connection. Cooking facilities which is lost in NZ.

The rooms facing away from the car park it's quite confronting on car park entry to see a big building of windows and an unkept car park The building is very uninviting but once your in the rooms they are very spacious .

Reasonably priced, close to where I needed to be, lots of parking and warm :). And they are nice to cats

It’s not as up to date as other places, but I don’t need that modern :). I prefer that it’s clean and the people are nice :)

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Although the decor of the room was older it was clean and tidy. The shower pressure was great. It was easy to leave early the next morning with clear instructions on what to do if the reception was closed.
