The units are very nicely fitted out, modern and clean. Great use of a small space - with a fully functional kitchen unit - wonderful shower and bathroom - sky tv in both the lounge and bedroom added bonus. The back door allowed air and light into the small unit when it was open which was welcome especially in summer. The linen were white and crisp- very nice 👍.

There isn’t a lot of windows so units are darkish but the back door allowed light in when open which made up for it. The car parking isn’t allocated and I was asked to move my car by another guest who didn’t realise this. The guest next door spent most of the evening and morning sat outside our unit smoking - with his presence being a little off putting as he didn’t fully dress when outside smoking. Pity because the property was a nice place to stay otherwise and would have rated a 9.

When we arrived we had pre-booked and hadn’t realised that some of the rooms had shared bathrooms but that was not a problem, the Manager immediately upgraded us to a room with its own bathroom. This place is indescribable - it’s a beautiful building and the decor is so stunning, particularly in the huge living room area that opened out on to the patio with swimming pool and spa. So much history behind this Lodge that makes the place even more intriguing. The guests share a huge communal kitchen that is exceedingly well equipped, it has a large square central table. The Manager is so obliging, nothing is ever too much trouble. We highly recommend Warkworth Lodge, ideally located close to the main shopping centre, its quiet with very little road noise noticeable. Comfy bed, crisp cotton sheets and great pillows.

We are from Australia and I wasn’t aware of the area in which the lodge is located and I don’t think I would be safe to walk around. It’s also on a main road so a little noisy. I had not realised we would be upstairs and that was an issue for me carrying bags up and down, as I have recently had a total knee replacement. I asked for a downstairs room but this could not be accommodated.

Good location. Close to the hospital, not far to town. Near enough to where I needed to go without having to contend with the traffic. Motel super clean and staff were very friendly. Cleaning staff were awesome. Have stayed here a few times and will continue to use this motel. Highly recommend.

Not enough parking. My husband went out at night to a funeral and when he returned there were no parks on site. He had to park outside the motel grounds on the grass verge. It would be great if there were allocated parking spaces.

The location was excellent for our needs. The cleaner was very thorough & very polite. The room amenities were perfect. Our room was on the ground floor which was excellent for our needs. The shower was excellent for our needs. I like that there is Disability parking for our needs.

Non disability parkers parking in the disability park. The sign was pretty faded but when that was not availability it made it difficult for us to park.

A well located easy to find (by car) typical motel accommodation serving our purpose for one night stay en route. Good and appreciated launderette facility (coins needed), excellent equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meal, compact accommodation but with everything we could need. Convenient for short drive to local walk around lake. Lovely welcome with small bottle of milk for cuppa!

Located on a main road, this property ensured that road noise was not an issue. Great size room with kitchenette and big bathroom. The bedding was very comfortable. High level of cleanliness. There is a clothes washing machine and dryer for guests.

The furniture was dated, but that's not a big issue. The road outside is very busy most of the day.

Stayed in unit 6 there is a gap in the curtain and blind when closed which allows viewing from the outside into where the bed is . The right side of the bed seems to have lost support and felt easy to roll off the bed... the bed was otherwise comfortable

Excellent customer service - room was ready and waiting well before normal check-in time which was fantastic. The room was lovely - clean, well kept & everything looked newly refurnished. Great lil kitchen with small stove, micowave and all the necessary items. Also had a couch & table & chairs for dining.
