What a lovely stay, Rachelle, was very friendly and our room was lovely, private and tidy. Our room was away from the house and very private surrounded by trees. The breakfast was plentiful, and in the fridge was an assortment of fruit, two types of bread and orange juice. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The property was covered in trees with autumn leaves falling. If it wasn't so wet we would have enjoyed wandering around the property. Would be great in summer as Rachelle had a pool as well.

Wifi was available, but I had problems with using my laptop. If I was really fussy Sky might have been nice, but not a major:)

Rachelle greeted us warmly when we arrived and is friendly and easy going. Our self contained unit was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and sofa as well as a table to have breakfast at. Continental breakfast is left in the room so you can have it when it's convenient for you. Use of the swimming pool was a great bonus, especially as we had a couple of warm days here. Very peaceful neighbourhood with just the sounds of birds, idyllic.

I travelled to be near a friend at a time of need, so the location (being on the same street) was great. The beautiful rural setting and gorgeous trees in autumn were a lovely bonus. We have 0 degree mornings and the heatpump worked a treat, everything I needed to work remotely as well. Wifi, table and chairs, couch, tv, coffee & tea facilities and lovely bathroom. Bed was very big and comfy.

It was the cutest little house! Plenty of parking. Great and healthy breakfast! Very comfortable bed! Loved the location.

We accidentally went to the neighbors house since our maps led us there. He was generous and kind. Maybe a better marker or more notes about directing us to the correct little road. The mini-split was just putting out cool air and we didn’t know how to make it warm. But there were plenty of blankets to have a perfect night sleep!

We really enjoyed staying at Cedar Park. A lovely quiet setting and perfect for our requirements. Look forward to staying again when visiting Waikato. Lovely muffins and breakfast provided - and owners provided some great restaurant options.

Breakfast choices were ok, tea,coffee & hot chocolate options. Only one cereal offered. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, a juice, 2 grain breads and a very good selection of spreads and a couple of butter sachets. Nice touch with 2 little chocolate bars in the fridge.

A choice of little boxed cereals maybe.

This is a delightful place. Just a short distance from Hamilton, but rural. Lovely setting, warm cosy cottage and a very welcoming and obliging host. Perfect spot if you are visiting Hamilton Gardens

TV was very limited. TV 1, 2- that's it.

Breakfast was a lovely, plenty of fruit coffee etc. Room good size, comfortable bed. Good balcony to use. Good shower pressure.

Steep narrow stairs to access the room above garage. Only a small outside table to use which I found annoying when trying to have computer out and paper work on then bed or floor. A large coffee table had the TV on it. Having to plug and unplug toaster and kettle into extention cord to use them one at a time.

Clean, modern and private accommodation. Use of the pool was great as we arrived on a hot day. Included continental breakfast which was nice. Out of town but didn’t take long to drive into the city.

Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely setting and very comfortable and clean accommodation.

The question in this survey about location really depends what you are doing in Hamilton and the surrounding areas. Location is good if you are doing things in Central Hamilton and great if you are doing things in Hamilton South and other areas nearby.
