Perfect location for an early flight and adjacent to longer tern parking.

The driver of the airport transport was rude and lecturing. We requested. 6:00 am ride and were 2 minutes late. We waited 20 minutes then contracted a UBER. The hotel driver arrived and ,when asked why he didn’t wait the two minutes for known riders, we were lectured that the other riders were in a hurry. He further went on to say that in the future, we should arrive 10 minutes before his departure time. We elected to continue on with the Uber as opposed to riding with arrogant individual.

The general manager, manager, and all staff at all levels were professional, personable, and attentive. Given they were servicing people during an imminent hurricane made their efforts more impressive. The property was very well maintained, the rooms were clean and extremely well designed and the overall experience was amazing. One of the best properties I have stayed at in Florida.

The billing was messed up be reservations. It was distracting to have to worry about payment after reserving the room at a certain rate. Although the management at the hotel were EXCELLENT in handling the situation should never have occurred.

Updated/Modern decor, spacious and well laid out rooms, kitchenette, 24/7 Fitness room, pool open until 10, airport shuttle, breakfast, very clean and well kept

Pool towels were not restocked, sometimes there wasn’t anyone at the front desk (like when I needed a pool towel), breakfast ends at 9:00 and I wanted to sleep in LOL

The main night desk woman is super nice and professional. I encountered many friendly staff. Room was comfy and clean. Convenient location.

I wish they had coffee in the lobby for extended hours. I was woken up by very loud sounds of a toilet being snaked.

Everything was perfect, the shuttle bus was right on time , very kind and friendly staff, the front desk, cleaning crew, Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff , and location

Really enjoyed everything about the stay from the cleanliness of the facility to the staff at the front desk also the complementary breakfast, the room plus the location. Definitely will be making reservations here in the future!

It was nothing that I didn't like

Shuttle pickup and check in/out was good, we were both so tired and were greatful for the quick service. Shuttle back to the airport was even better, they were friendly, funny and awesome.

Heat was too high in the room, it took awhile to cool down.

Huge room, full kitchen, comfortable bed, hot breakfast.

The hotel description of facilities says there is a game room with a pool table which it does not. It's disappointing since that was a reason I chose this hotel.

The breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Clean facility and room.

The shower floor was a little slippery. TV channels were limited.

Our room was spotless and quiet. Nice breakfast selection and plenty of seats at the breakfast area. The staff was very friendly. Our one night stay could not have been better!
