Comfy beds, nice reception staff, location, breakfast.

The last day, the person who cleaned my room took my eyebrow pen and stole it. The receptionist said that the woman is a temporary employee than only works at this location once in a while. In addition, before cleaning my room she opened my door 3 times without knocking!!!

Great value for price. Overall great experience. Staff were attentive, sought feedback and did what they could with resources they had to benefit clients. New, spacious, modern, had breakfast included, relatively safe neighbourhood, had gym adequate for a workout, fairly sound proof and quiet, comfortable bed, lenient staff and leadership to allow my reasonable expectations, great shower and bathroom

No washer and dryer in unit, air dry and stable, breakfast was good but can be diversified and experimented with, gym was good, could use another machine and some more free weights. I recommend relocating smoking areas so smoke doesn’t go into gym or unit windows. No microwave in the unit I was in. However, A great place to live and worth a try. Highly Recommended

The whole staff was really kind in reception and dining room. Great terrace by the gym, available for yoga with a view :) Very good breakfast between 7.45 and 9.30 am (if we tried it earlier or later some buffet options were not available).

Wi-fi needs to improve for 2 people to be able to work remotely from the apartment at the same time. My videocalls crashed a few times :(

The location is excellent. It is very close to Calle 109, which has plenty of good restaurants. The room was great for our family of three. We also spent 2 nights at the Faranda, which is not far away. Plaza Suites was better located, better for self catering and better priced. To get the equivalent room in Faranda we needed to book the 2 king and 1 queen 1 bedroom suite. But even that had limited self catering. The breakfasts were better at Faranda. A much bigger selection of food.

There were no tea towels, cloths or detergent to wash the plates. There were no teaspoons, just large spoons. The breakfast was very limited. But there are good breakfast places on Calle 109.

Great accommodation, clean, well equipped and close to many restaurants and park

Breakfast staff. Inattentive and only alert when it comes to close the place. But before that they rather try to hide than servicing you coffee. But we were able to help ourselves...

We booked a two-bedroom apartment and were very pleasantly surprised. We were disappointed that we booked this place just for a night and regretted to not have booked it for our entire stay in Bogota. Each of the room had its own bathroom and toilet which was great. There was also a terrace and a kitchen that unfortunately we didn't use. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The staff was friendly and check in/out went very smoothly. They also brought our luggage to our apartment. Location is great and safe.

The restaurant is excellent, everybody is very friendly, the breakfast is changed every morning room service is excellent. The TV has Netflix and Amazon prim.in The park, next-door, and restaurants and other things all in walking distance.

Everything was perfect

Their strong understanding of the customer needs and willingness to make your stay great. They clearly have a trajectory and experience so things flow smoothly. Everything is easy and all of the staff are knowledgeable and kind. Hotel services provide all that is needed for a comfortable stay.

The mini-bar is way too limited. The kitchen area and utensils can be improved.

we loved everything ! a very calm place ,friendly neighborhood, a lot of parks around , safe, excellent locations, clean, restaurants around, easy to walk around.

the hotel seems new or renovated, at our room, for some reason at night was this strange odor that smelled like dirty pipes, we let the hotel staff know , they told us that the will fix the problem, hopefully they did. but that was the only downside of our stay.

The staff was service oriented

We liked everything from breakfast to dinner, nice staff, clean place and great location, safe place to walk even at night ✨️💖
