Location was excellent. The breakfast was moderate and offered the basics, but no option of different milks such as soy. The staff are so pleasant and friendly and quick to accomodate.

The beds were terrible. Firstly they were awfully uncomfortable and hard. Secondly we got 2 single beds. I did request a double but looking at other rooms most seemed to have single beds. Each time our room was cleaned, the door was NEVER locked. We told the cleaners to really pull the door shut but they never did. And there was no safe in the room which is very inconvenient. But they offered to keep our personal items in their safe at reception which we declined.

The location is fantastic. The beach is literally across the road. Our room with a sea view had a balcony which overlooked the sea. We were close to restaurants, a great bakery ( bake my day) and other amenities. The hotel has its own sun loungers on the beach which are free for those staying at the hotel ( a big bonus). Breakfast is provided in the lobby and can be eaten in the hotel or across the road looking over the beach ( our preference). Breakfast is simple but provides several options.

Cakes/ croissants provided as part of the breakfast buffet were not fresh. One of the receptionists on our first day was very unfriendly. The other gentleman was friendly and helpful which made up for this though.

The staff were exceptional. Very Polite, courteous. Very pleased with the staff.

There is scope to build on their environmental credentials. They were very efficient with keeping the rooms very clean. Maybe have a door sign for visitors should the visitors not need their towels replaced. Some visitors would like to contribute and help with reducing the burden of over washing and using more water resources than is necessary.

The location is perfect, the hotel was very clean and the main part of the room was perfectly adequate.

The glass shelf over the bathroom handbasin was far too big, it covered nearly half the basin making the basin difficult to use properly, (why so big anyway? What do they think you might want to put on it)? (see photos). The toilet paper holder fell off every time you used it, an attempt to keep it on with a wedge of loo paper, was of course unsuccessful. (see photos). There were no drinking glasses in the room, only two paper type cups for tea/coffee, (not ideal), no spoons, only thin wood type spatulas. Only 2 teabags, 2 coffee sachets and no milk! I found all this unacceptable for the daily charge of the room.

Close to the beach and the port. There’s a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast is decent and the room for 3 people is very clean and spacious (We got a room with 3 single beds.)

Although the bathroom is huge and spacious, there’s no clear separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom (except a shower curtain). The bathroom will be flooded and become wet after the shower, which is not so convenient if you didn’t bring a slipper with you.

Location is perfect. It is directly across the street from the beach, near many restaurants and shops. The manager was pleasant and helpful, as was the front desk staff

The cleaning woman for our room did not honor our requests to clean after we left for the day. Two days she didn't clean our room at all. I did not tell the front desk until we left because we were too busy to stop there each day.

Good location on the sea front and no problem parking outside( but I'm usually lucky). Good views from a good sized balcony and the bedroom was well set out.

Whilst the size of the room and balcony were very good, the bathroom was poor. The door opened on to the towel shelf, the shower was the smallest possible tray with only plastic curtain surround. No room to move in it to wash. How we didn't drench the floor I don't know. The light in the bathroom was abysmal.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed and hard pillows as I prefer (which are hard to find), helpful staff.

Breakfast being the same every day and bathroom . My shower had a curtain not a stable cabin that did not prevent water from spilling out, creating a mess for the night, until the cleaning staff came the following morning. I encourage the hotel to consider this renovation at their bathrooms for a more comfortable experience of their customers.

When we checked in we were given a standard room with no view. However for an extra payment we were given a sea view which was fabulous. The view was great with a usable balcony.

It would have been useful to be told about the number 1 bus service which takes you to the new and old town. Also when checking in they could tell you about the right of guest to use the beach chairs, which are a big plus.

Me and my partner spent here only just one night but everything was 10/10!! I booked a simple room without a sea view but after we arrived the lady in the reception wished a happy birthday to me (my birthday was due to a few days) and told us she upgraded our room to another one with sea view because there were available rooms and the view was so beautiful. And she was a very lovely lady we are very grateful for the stay! I think the location was also great, tavernas, coffee shops and super markets next to it. Breakfast was also great, there was more options to choose from and instead just sitting inside you can walk out to the terrace and just chill there! I think for that price it was a 10/10 stay!!
