The location is perfect - close to the old town, while being in the city center (nevertheless, we did not hear the noise). Breakfast was amazing and varied. Some highlights - fresh orange juice, cherry tomatoes, different pies, fresh fruit, various bread. Milk and juice are served in one-portion glass bottles, which is a huge plus. Beds were super comfy and quite large. The room was spacious and clean. The AC is extremely quiet, which is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel has two parking yards in the vicinity (2 and 3 minutes away) - during our two week stay, we were always able to find a spot in the closer one, except for one Saturday.

The bathroom window cannot be opened. There were a lot of jams available during breakfast, but they were not tasty as the rest of the offering - fewer homemade options would be better.

I liked the location of the accommodation in the place. Although it is not next to the sea coast, it is located in the center of the city where there is a pedestrian zone. Also, there is a bus station nearby, where a bus that takes you to the beach of the city stops. Right across the street from the station is a kiosk where you can buy tickets. The hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a private parking lot.

There are not enough hangers for towels in the bathroom, which is generally a problem with the other 3 hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Extremely comfortable hotel, with excellent bed and shower. The breakfast is also really good. The staff was absolutely amazing, and had the care of calling me in advance to warn that a group of students was going to stay at the hotel on the same date and check if I was ok with it. Really above and beyond.

They advertise the parking as private/secure, but it's just an easily accessible lot protected by a plastic chain and some cameras. It's not very secure for motorcycles, albeit the crime levels in Kalamata seem to be very low.

The bed and the breakfast were excellent and the staff helpful. The accommodation was very clean and well located in the more interesting old part of the city closer to the museums. Breakfast started at 7:30 am, which is good as most museums open and close very early.

The TV was locked that is unable to use the HDMI connection and the TV played advertising for the hotel. The room felt cramped and badly designed. We note that may have been only an issue with some rooms. The breakfast room only had one twin toaster and one single dispenser coffee machine operated by a staff member. The single toaster and coffee machine acted as a bottleneck in the morning.

A jewel of a boutique hotel in the heart of the city..!!! Fresh, newly renovated, elegantly decorated with amenities that satisfy all needs..!!!! Extremely comfortable bed & cushions!!! The stuff is amazing!!! Very Kind & professional!!!! Happily surprised by the breakfast selection! Traditional flavours, very interesting and abundant!!!! Appreciated the free parkinglot! It's very rare for me to give a "10". But this hotel thoroughly deserves it. A small central hotel in the city. Nothing is too much trouble. Really friendly and genuine staff. Excellent location just off main square but still quiet. Great breakfast, comfortable big bed (junior suite), good modern bathroom. Free but secure parking very nearby. Some lovely touches on arrival: free wine, fruit, water, and a few other bits and bobs. Restores my faith that there are people out there who actually *do* care about good hospitality.

Literally nothing to say as a negative.

Very convenient location, close to park, restaurants, shopping. Clean and well laid out room with lots of extras, especially enjoyed the gift basket with local goodies and wine. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, working elevator.

Parking was a little cramped and had trouble parking when arriving late in the evening. Not necessarily the hotel's fault but need to be mindful not to take up too much space. Keep in mind the beach is not walking distance but it's a short drive.

Nice little hotel in a central position with easy access to the old town area. It also has its own parking nearby which was very convenient. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful. The bathroom had lovely toiletries. Complimentary water each day was very much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of cold and hot options. Freshly squeezed orange juice was great. The hotel has an environmental policy which is good.

We only stayed for one night but it was a very comfortable experience. The room was beautiful and clean, the stuff very friendly and helpful and the beds extremely comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the emergency exit light inside the room which I found it to be very bright. But that can easily be solved with a sleeping mask and I don’t think that the hotel can do anything about it. The breakfast was excellent. I particularly appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice.

This is a lovely hotel with the kindest staff. The free and secure car park is just around the corner and has plenty of space and is easy to access with a gate code. The hotel is in a great position for the lively new town with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. It is a nice 10 minute stroll to the tiny old town which has picturesque alleys around a beautiful old church. There are some nice restaurants around there too. Our junior suite was spacious with a balcony that caught the afternoon and evening sun. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and well designed. The lift, room safe, coffee making facilities, fridge, candles and gift of wine, water and fruit all made for a very easy stay. The WiFi was excellent and reliable. Breakfast was different each day, used local produce and was delicious including good coffee.

A little more storage space, just a drawer or two would be handy.
