Room was extremely spacious, attractive and clean and we thought it was amazing value for money. We had a side balcony but this gave full view of the lake. Hotel is very modern inside with attractive wooden flooring. Good variety of food for breakfast served in pleasant room. Good location just down side road off lakeside road. Staff friendly and helpful.

Parking can be a little difficult on the road but the receptionist helped.us to secure a spot.

Very well located hotel, just at the center of Pogradec's seafront. Comfortable memory foam beds. Big and spacious room and bathroom. Very nice lakeside view from the triple room! Ok breakfast but poor coffee too.

The cleaning could be much better as the shower was not clean enough and the side bed tables were dusty

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right by the lake, offering stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved being able to relax by the water. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and excellent location. My parents always stay here when they are in town to visit me and they just love it. Welcoming, clean, convenient, comfortable and with a beautiful view. Highly recommended!

Great location. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Maybe it is an issue only in the small rooms, but I couldn't find an electric outlet for the laptop charger in the room. There were only two electric outlets, one at each side of the bed, which could only fit the phone charger.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are clean and very spacious, and the staff was friendly and professional. Lots of choice for the breakfast menu. The location is top notch, right in the middle of the lakeshore walk, and the rooms have a stunning view of the lake. I will definitely go back there, Highly recommended

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom also quite good. Bed big and comfortable.

I was expecting a direct view of the lake. Instead it was city view with an angle to the lake. It is still fine as you can see the lake but still.

Excellent location near beach, bars and restaurants . Booked a room with lakeview but because hotel was full the first night was spent in a room without lake view .To make up for it we were given a suite afterwards with amazinh view

Breafkast was just decent , could have been better

Perfect location with wonderful view of lake. Simple and tasty local breakfast. Friendly service overall. Keep in mind that there isn't parking available provided by hotel so parking is street parking.

shower drainage was very slow

I liked the position of the room, how clean, and spacious it was and how good the view was. They only lack details such as a better internet connection, a kettle in the room maybe... But all in all excellent. Breakfast was average, nothing fancy. The staff was nice.

The Wi-Fi connection and no Kettle. Also, the heating was off, the ACs were set on cooling only, and in between seasons people might like to turn on the heat a bit.
