The problem is the stairs to get first floor. And then no problem as there is the lift. The TV set as easily can change tge brand of service. But Joseph always came to the rescue.

Joseph and his family were so so so welcoming. Check in is at 2.30 PM however we went there by 7.30 AM itself and still Joseph helped us with a room. It's a nice cozy room. We had a peaceful time there. We slept without any disturbances. One midnight AC stopped working. It's 12.30 AM. Still Joseph came to help us and he got it fixed. Breakfast was the best part. We tasted different pastries. It does feel like a home rather than a hotel because of the hospitality of Joseph and family. Thank you very much Joseph ❤️. The energy you and your family have is extraordinary.

No lift in the building we stayed. No issues for young ppl. If elder people, I am sure Joseph will allocate them in the building which have lift

Mr Joseph is very friendly host. His sense of hospitality made it a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located at the heart of Marsalforn and is very close to the beach and all the dive centers. This was my main purpose of visit hence I would consider it a plus. There was also a good restaurant downstairs where I had dinner on most evenings.

The free Wifi connection was poor, very slow sped and frequent disconnections. This is only negative point that I found about this property. Otherwise everything was perfect.

You have to bear in mind that this review relates to a Guest House and not a five star hotel. Given that I booked a Guest House you couldn’t of wanted a nicer. The staff was super helpful. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast spread was absolutely sensational.

Joseph and his family are so nice and do everything to make your stay comfortable and great. The breakfast is very good. Dinner also at good prices. The room was very clean, spacious, furnished. They clean it everyday. I was in a the new building so it was quiet and peaceful. Joseph is always available to help you if you need recommandations. Everything was very good during my stay I recommend it if you want a stay near Ramla bay or Marsalforn or Xwejni

Great location, next to all the shops and bars. Joseph was very helpful and very friendly - happy to help with everything I asked. Room was spotless, cleaned every day, towels replaced every day. Air con was powerful. Nice little balcony. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is basic but cooked fresh each day.

The bathroom was tiny, hardly room to turn around. The shower was hot but leaked over the floor due to poor curtain.

The property is right next to the sea, has everything one needs, and the host is amazingly friendly and helpful. The buses stop about 50 metes from the door - both ways. Everything's nice and clean.

The smell of cigarettes. There are "no smoking" signs everywhere, yet people smoke and the smell gets everywhere.

Basically, it was a great holiday. The property's location is very good and close to the seaside. I booked a triple room with 2x beds and 1 sofa bed through booking.com. We got 1x double bed and 1x bunk bed and the countryside view was the main road. We found the room clean and my daughter loved the bunk bed, so we kept it. Also, the street turned quiet after 11 PM, so the balcony was enjoyable. Thanks to the electric outage the local people put their chairs on the roadside and have a nice chat with each other. It was very authentic and impressive. The staff was very friendly. We got the key to the room and a mobile number if any queries we have then just call it. We got a key to the side entrance, so we had easy access to the room at any time without hassle. Also, we spent breakfast here. It was very family-friendly and delicious. We had a buffet breakfast for 7.50eur per person, but we paid only for adults. It was free for my daughter. We found a wild range of foods. The staff spent pay attention to us. We appreciated this amazing time. It's a very recommended guest house and we will come back again. Thank you
