First of all, do not listen to all the negative comments that you read here. 80 % of the commenter's are coming with sky-high expectations, however the value they payed is much lower than that. Hotel is not bad, for sure not a 4 star, but a good 3 star. Food was good, actually very good, we were expecting much worst, but it was a nice surprise. Room was clean, spacious, big bathroom, everything was functioning normal, AC worked, but we mainly used the fan. The common areas were also really clean, the atmosphere in the hotel was nice. Outside pool was alright, not too big, but enough for cooling down. Personal was really nice, helpful and friendly. Busstops, depending which direction you want to go, are from 2 to 10 min walking distance from the hotel. The area is nice, seems safe and with a little further walk you'll find nice restaurants and bars, next to the sea. We enjoyed our stay and would return anytime.

Breakfast could have had more fresh fruits, since it's summertime. The dinner timing is really early, could start 1 hour later.

Staff weren’t overly friendly. On day of check out we had 4 different staff knock on the door between 8am and 11am wanting to clean the room even though we were checking out.

Location right next to Salina Park is a great advantage. Also close to hotel is a bus station where you can get on bus and get almost everywhere in Malta, even to Ferry to Gozo.

No parking places available, busy area and very hard to find a parking place for long-term parking.

the buffet breakfast is the same every day but there is a large selection, the coffee is provided with a nescafe coffee machine, fruit juices are provided with the breakfast, the buffet dinner is delicious, varied and special (scallops are also available), the desserts are very delicious, the local wines are delicious, the staff is very kind, helpful, the indoor pool of the wellness department and the jacuzzi and the place itself are a bit old-fashioned, the water in the pool is cold, the jacuzzi is small, max 4 people, the outdoor pool is nice, big and modern, the panoramic jacuzzi on the roof is also small and only works in summer. The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned every day, beds are made and new towels are provided every day. The room is an ideal size, has a balcony, the bathroom is fairly new, there is a hairdryer, kettle and mini fridge in the room. Basically, there is no EU plug in the room, but we found one under the table. there are several bus stops a few meters from the hotel and a 5-minute walk away, you can get anywhere from here even without changing. There is a shop in the hotel that is open from 8 am to 10 pm and you can find all kinds of things here, the drinking water is a little cheaper than the tap water in the shops since it is not drinkable, although the locals drink it, it is worth buying here.

We paid for 1 room for 2 people, and we got 2 rooms with terraces, a common corridor and bathroom and a large terrace for sunbathing. Thank you to the hotel for that concession. Wonderful surprise! We had breakfast and dinner which were excellent, a perfect choise for everyone. Location is very good. Bus stops are literally 5 steps from the hotel. The staff is friendly, especially Katarina.

The only complaint is poor heating. The air conditioners were poorly heated and some heating elements should be inserted in the winter and early spring months.

Clean and friendly, good breakfast included in price and nice little pool areas. Good location only short walk (1 mile ish) from centre of resort.

No tea and coffee are provided in the rooms, although there is a kettle. No view from balcony, but that was probably the room type we booked.

I regularly use this hotel as it's away from the busy touristy parts of Malta and very close to the ferry to Gozo. Reservations manager is lovely and ready to help with an issue I had on arrival.

I booked a very last minute double room, on arrival I was allocated a single room and I was travelling alone, despite the fact that I had paid 60 euros extra for the double room. I understand the lateness of the booking contributed to this. Reception was very flipant and bordering on rude. Reservations manager smoothed things over and I left feeling much happier.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean

The door lock was broken, but the staff did not fix it.

We stayed for a week in November. The location is good, 15 minutes walk to Bujiba Square and the sea. There is a bus stop next to the hotel and good connections with other cities. The hotel is not the newest, but it is excellent, very clean and tidy. Hygiene is maintained daily. There is a bar where live music was often organized. There is a rooftop jacuzzi and sunbeds... indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, sauna, exercise room, pool and pong tables, as well as an outdoor pool. We had a reservation with buffet breakfast, buffet, with a large and good selection of food. Let me praise the professional attitude of the staff, especially Mr. Dima and many, many words of praise for Mr. Joe. in the restaurant We plan to go again in February.
