I would give 6 stars for service if I could!! Stayed 4 nights at Sansui and I already felt compelled to write them a google review on my 2nd night here. First of all, the staff we have encountered really serve from the heart! When we first arrived, front desk staff Jovi welcomed us at the front door and asked for my name. I asked if I had to show my reservation on booking.com and he said no need, cos he was already expecting us. That sure made us feel special! Jovi brought us to the room and even showed us around the hotel. He provided a good orientation of the hotel and its surroundings for us. The concierge staff Lily was so kind to help us call a motorbike rental company in Sapporo to ask for more information. She also helped make reservation at a local restaurant she highly recommended. And mshe did all of this with such amazing patience and a big smile! She’s such an asset as she can speak English, Mandarin and even Japanese! Rita was also really sweet. She heard that we were going hiking to Hangetsu Lake and immediately passed us a bear bell for our hike. That will be a sweet memento of Sansui. One day, when we were back late, they even took the initiative to reserve a carpark lot for us in front of the hotel as there were many outside guests who visited the hotel bar. We were so touched my their kindness. These are things that can’t be taught to staff. And these staff have it in them to make sure every guest feels cared for. Above the ultra-modern, very spacious and extremely clean apartment, the very well-equipped kitchen, and lovely onsen with nice Icor products, it’s truly the staff that made Sansui stand out!! I am so glad we chose to stay here among the other hotels in this area! Initially I wanted to book Setsu Niseko but it was fully booked (which goes to show how busy it is), and boy am I glad I chose this relaxing boutique hotel! No regrets whatsoever.

Nothing about the hotel, location or staff! Except perhaps a feedback to install separate key activated doors for the male and female onsen. This is for security. Currently guests must tap their room card to enter the onsen area, but the different male and female onsen entrances are not “secure” in that the opposite gender can enter either onsen as there is no door for each. I did feel kinda insecure when I was the only female using the onsen at night.

From the moment we drove to the driveway, they came to greet us and help us with the luggages. Ushered us to the lobby, sit us down and gave us a welcome drink, let us settle down while preparing our check-in. Then the lady arranged for our luggage to be delivered to our room while she show us around the facilities. Service and the property were both very impressive throughout the stay. The room was fully equipped as though we here for a long stay. The mountain view from our room was memorable. Knowing that we were here for our anniversary, they left a box of snacks and a card with the well wishes by their team members while we were out exploring. The breakfast were so sumptuous it took us 2 days to try out their selections. They even arranged for transportation to bring us to and fro the Mountain Lights which was spectacular. We already decided that we will return next year as it is truly a place to relax and enjoy. Cheers to the team at Sansui Niseko!

Nothing.

Ski in Ski out and the ability to buy lift passes in the hotel was super convenient. The ski and boots storage facilities were also great. The hotel shuttle service was also top notch and extremely useful for our family with the only requirement being some organisation to know when you would need the service! The studio room was perfect for us, with a huge bed and a nice little kitchenette if you want to relax and cook in the hotel one night. Everything in the room was very luxurious and clean.

The breakfast selection could have been a little more extensive although it was adequate. There also seemed to be some confusion with organisation of spa treatments as our requests were not communicated onto the relevant people. Additionally, twice we turned up for treatments and no one was present in the spa.

This hotel is the best. We love everything about it. The front desk staff, Miss Gasho, and Miss Lily are beautiful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, both of them are fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese. The hotel is very new, the room and the facilities are in superb condition. I also like their breakfast with good variety and quality. I will be back there whenever I go to Neseiko again.

This stay at Sansui gave us a very deep impression and a perfect experience. The hotel's overall environmental design, room facilities, restaurants, the home-like service of all employees, and various additional services such as shutter bus, etc., all make me feel that this hotel is worth the money. This stay was a wonderful part of our ski trip in Niseko! In particular, we would like to express our special thanks to Miss Amanda. Miss Amanda not only provided us with excellent service and perfect response to our various questions and requests every time during the entire stay, but also tried her best to be very responsible when we needed help. We are very touched by the responsible and enthusiastic attitude to help us. For example, on January 15th, we left the hotel and took the JR from Kutchan to Otaru, but heavy snow caused the JR to be suspended that day. We were at a loss in Kutchan. At this time, it was Amanda who checked the bus time and bus waiting location for us again and again, providing us with extremely detailed information, and later provided us with a rental car after we were unable to take the bus. assistance services. That morning, we had more than 10 phone calls with Amanda, and we could feel her professionalism, patience and enthusiasm every time. Amanda is a representative of Sansui's excellent employees. Because of such employees, we have a better impression of Sansui and will recommend it to all our friends.

Breakfast is too monotonous and not rich enough. There is an incomprehensible behavior of the waiter cleaning the room. Different classified trash cans have different lids, and the waiter will change the position of the lid every day. This will cause us to pay special attention to the garbage we throw every day. Trash can lids should be kept corresponding to the same bins every day.

Sansui really won our hearts. We were one of first guests to arrive for the winter season and stayed for 5 nights. The service right from pickup at Kutchan station to drop-off at our Forest Villa in Niseko was exceptional. Amazing service by everyone at the hotel. Special mention for Tara, who was warm, friendly and ever ready to assist. The hotel had shuttle to bring us anywhere in Harafu and Kutchan. We went shopping at supermarket and used the well stocked kitchen in our room to prepare meals/snacks for our kids. The hotel also assisted in calling various restaurants to check if they were open during the pre-season and helped us make reservations/drive us to these locations. All in all, truly exceptional service.

Nothing to complain.

Perfect location with ski-in and ski-out. The staff is very kind and warm-heart. The Michelin restaurant is very excellent as well. Overall it is over our expectation.

The window of studio room we stayed are small, and the hotel staff told us we actually could ask for the type of room when / before check-in. But our room has more space compared to other standard studio rooms. A trade off.

The best accomodation in Hirafu,Niseko. The Hotel Management is outstanding in terms of catering their services to us as their Guests. We feel very welcome and the customer service is top-notch, warm and personable. From the time we arrived at the airport to sending us off upon check out. We greatly appreciated the free Sansui Hotel service shuttle. Truly one of the most relaxing vacation we ever had since they arranged everything for us including booking for restaurants, spa and they'd also gladly assisted us to where we could possibly visit some other places for sightseeing/day tours around Niseko. We can't wait to be back soon. Thank you to the Amazing Staff of Sansui Hotel Niseko most especially to Miss Tara.

None at all.

New and clean. Centrally located in hirafu area

No room service. We checked in around midnight and the nearest convenience store Seico Mart closes by 11pm. If yr flight lands at New Chitose Airport after 8pm, the best thing to do is to buy food from the convenience store at the airport.

This was a perfect hotel for Ski In / Ski Out. Mostly families but we booked the smaller room as just for a couple. Washing / Tumble Dryer was perfect in the Room. Hollywood Twins beds were also super comfy and a beautiful view of the Junior slope / Ski Chairs lift.
