I stayed at Fier Life with my son and sister with downsyndrome during our ski holiday in Erciyes. Unfortunately I had an accident and was taken to hospital. The staff of the hotel looked after my family attentively until I got back. As we were able to experience (as I couldn't leave the hotel for three days) the hotel has everything you may need to have a calm relaxing and enjoyable time. The terrace roof performances and food quality was outstanding and the restaurant downstairs is still spoken of by my family. Breakfast hosted a wide variety asbwell as freshly cooked bespoke omelette with outstanding views. The food, comfort and abundant activities (including greatly priced hair dresser) made our stay in Kayseri enjoyable despite my broken arm. The staff were attentive and caring and catered to every single need I had. If you want an affordable hotel for skiing, rafting, cappadocia tours and general shopping Fier Life is your place to be. We stayed one night as a family,.grand parents , parent , young adults. We had nice and big bedrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. All the staff was kind and helpful. Everything was easy. We used the pool and spa after a long flight and we enjoyed the cafe/restaurant, it was filled with locale and food was good. Breakfast in the rooftop café was excellent. Thank you very much

The sports facilities and restaurant are top class. Everything is clean. Fruit was left in your room on arrival. The staff are polite and speak English. The mountain view from the restaurant is awesome.

The sports facilities although within the same building are through a restaurant main corridor. Although you could walk outside and re-enter.

Breakfast is very good and varied. The spa is separated for sexes, and it is great idea. Hammam relaxing, good price for massage. Several people guarding the hotel in front, for security reasons.

The restaurant is a place for smokers and the air conditioning is on the same system, so the installation smells like an ashtray and cannot be used. It has a really bad small in the room if you put it on.

Location is superb with excellent parking

There were some things broken in the room, after an complaint they immediately changed the room and all was well.

there was a roof restaurant and there was loud music till 00:30, so it was not comfortable to sleep at that time.
