It was clean and newer building easy access The evening social hours Monday-Wednesday were great the gentleman who ran it was awesome very friendly and kept everything replenished

The breakfast was always running out they did not replenish very frequently the staff working breakfast was rude

Location was great. Room nice and big with a big TV. Good shower. Easy to find whenever going out and coming back from days travelling. Funky decorations with games downstairs makes for a different experience.

No bath? Seems to be an American thing. No light on the celling... Which I found odd. Coffee maker was a bit naff and didn't give a decent or piping hot coffee. But maybe I am just nick picking now....

Everything was good. Check-in was okay. The office manager was juggling the phone and the front desk alone. Took a little bit to be able to get our rooms. She managed well, but could have used two people at the front.

The kitchen was great and the room was roomy! The pool was amazing and so was the courtyard! Staff was friendly and helpful!

The only negative was the odd locking systems on the bedroom and bathroom doors.

The location was beautiful. Near the country but also the freeway. Staff were laid back but attentive and very friendly. The room was spotless. The kitchenette was so perfect to make my own meals.

The bed was not very comfortable The water pressure in the shower was really poor

The front desk advised us to use the back entrance which is closest to the accesible room that we used. However the back parking by the back door does not have a curb cut, so getting my wife's wheelchair required the front door.

All in all this place is great. I will definitely stay there again. It was perfect for me and my daughter as we were in town for a soccer tournament! Safe,clean and no stress!

The room was extremely comfortable, and wonderful for our brief stay. We would have been very comfortable staying for longer as well. The breakfast was excellent and had many options. We loved having the kitchen. Highly recommend, and would gladly stay again!

The pool heater was out of order, and we were very much looking forward to using the pool, so had some disappointed kids.

The staff were pleasant enough but the front desk people looked like we had just woken them up. not professional at all, frumpy sweatshirts on. they did their job but just didn’t strike me as hotel staff- they could have at least had on a polo shirt or something that made them look somewhat professional especially for a business class hotel. Also some of the food for breakfast ran out and it took forever to replace it. it wasn’t even close to the end of breakfast time.

Breakfast was tasty, room and pool and staff were all great.

Shower water pressure was low. Thats my only complaint. Everything else was great.
