The room was clean and furnishings updated. Having a couch, mini-frig, microphone wave and multiple, accessible electrical plugs was handy. nice as was the desk extension. The hotel was relatively quiet, and had a pleasant courtyard, bar, pool, spa, and exercise room. The staff was friendly. Pool towels were beach towel sized rather than worn out small, bath towels.

I was not initially aware the parking was extra at $12 daily. There was no on-street parking available. I was also not aware that an $80 pending transaction would be charged to cover incidentals. Upon receiving a credit card alert at 2 am, I was concerned as I had experienced a credit card breach the previous day, and the night auditor could not tell me what this was. It would have been nice to be forewarned.

The room was nice

The fact that I booked through booking. Com, paid in full and the front desk said they didn't have it on file but only because booking.com takes a few hours to update. That is not my fault. Then the cleaning staff came in the next morning saying we had to leave because it was only booked for 1 night when I paid for 2. They finally took care of the issue but even the cheapest of hotels have reservations on file an few minutes before going in the place. That was a lot of wasted time trying to sort out stuff with front desk 3 times.

Liked the room had a balcony overlooking courtyard.

Certain things were not inclusive so I was confused when desk clerk mentioned the extra money request on my credit card which later is refunded. I took it to mean I already paid for breakfast. So perhaps a short explanation when talking about the extra toward the room is, "for example, if you order breakfast, tell cook to charge breakfast to your room and that $20 will be applied to your breakfast." People use to free continental at a lesser hotel may confuse easily

Breakfast was good. It is from the Starbucks located in hotel. Rather limited.

Stayed 2 nites. No housekeeping as they only work every other day. Only 2 cups for coffee and only 2 decaf coffee in room. Very disappointed. Pillows were well used and flat when laying head down. Amenit

The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick. Parking was easy and abundant. The property was easy to find and in a good location. I loved the layout of the room.

The bed was not comfortable to sleep on. The walls are very thin. We stayed on the second floor, and I could hear the guests above me walking, running, and talking. I wish there was daily housekeeping because I like to come back from a day out with my bed made and fresh towels.

Location was perfect and the staff all of them we’re very accommodating intuitive and wanting to help you with your luggage and with everything. and the breakfast was good like a great above hotel food

I have no complaints

Slept better than I do at home, mattress was heaven to sleep on, location was easy to get to & parking was great. Room was clean & welcoming. Next time I'll stay longer.

More coffee in the room would be nice

The linens are clean and white, lots of pillows

The ice machine is far away thru several doors and the key card/locks were temperamental

I thought you might have free continental breakfast but I didn't see that offered. I didn't receive a military or senior discount

Situation, clean, comfy bed.

The welcome by the staff at the counter was cold. Smell of chlore in the hallway. The insonorisation is useless. Hearing loud steps from above and people in the neighbours restrooms, noisy noisy noisy.
