Having to pay for parking every night - outrageous! Would understand a $15 fee for the stay, but not every night. The extra taxes added were almost $50 each night. If I'd known that I'd be paying an extra 100 bucks in taxes alone, I probably wouldn't have stayed there. No microwave in the room. For what the room cost & additional fees, would have expected to have one.

We have stayed here twice on our way to Atlanta airport (so we do not have to do a long journey on the day of an international flight), and we find the staff go above and beyond. They allowed us a really late check out so we didn't have to leave the bags in the rental. The rooms are reliably clean and spacious, and the location is great for downtown restaurants.

Room key didn't work one time, but this is such a small thing to have had happened.

When pulling the covers back to go to bed found brown hair on the sheets as if the sheets hadn't been changed. notified front desk of the issue, they told us the only thing that they could do is send us some clean sheets to our room and my wife and I had to change the sheets ourselves which I didn't spend over 200 bucks to make my own bed.

Good location downtown

Hard to find a parking space when it’s full we went to a Valentine’s Day party and we came back at 11:30. We wanted to go to the bar and have a few drinks, we were trying to go through the side door to the bar and the bartender came to the door and told us that the bar was closed but the bar supposed to close at 12 o’clock midnight

Everything was top notch. I want to say that Dustin Paschal was AMAZING. My husband and I loved him. He was so kind and went above and beyond in any way that he could. We talked about him to everyone we were with during our stay and then told everyone back home in PA about him and how much we loved him. We will hopefully be coming next year and will definitely be staying here and hope that Dustin is still there.

only thing I was upset about was we checked out a day early and did it shortly after 5:00. The guy at the front desk (NOT Dustin) said oh if you would have checked out an hour earlier we could have given you your money back.

Great location, comfortable clean large rooms, lively bar area. Modern aesthetic, very basic decor. Very much a business hotel. Always seems to be booked and pricey for the area. Plenty of parking on the street out front.

Some front desk staff probably should find new work, they were curt and rude.

How gentle the staff was with me, I forgot my toothbrush and I realized when it was almost 11pm. The person at the reception got me a free one and remind me that I probably needed toothpaste as well. I was tired and didn’t even think about that but he did! And saved me!

The staff was excellent. Greeted me upon each entry and exit and provided information on the best places to eat during my stay.

The prices for the snacks were a little elevated. Ten dollars for a candy bar is extreme. The bar had alcoholic beverages for the same price.

The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel smells fresh as soon as I walked in. The best hotel I ever stayed in.

No ketchup in the lounge No microwaves. But I guess it's ok. I've never been to a hotel that doesn't have a microwave. But I'm sure you all have good reasons. But my stay was fantastic 💖

The room was spacious and very clean, great location, staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Amanda. I would recommend any of my family or friends to utilize this hotel.
