The Miro B&B is very well located in the heart of Lecce and our room was spacious with a small terrasse/garden and privacy. Breakfast is included and was served at the main hotel restaurant, a 5min walk from our place and offered very good service. We found a parking just 3min walking from the hotel, which was a great coincident.

It could be useful to have more information online on the different hotels that Miro B&B offers and the parking facilities. It was not clear to us where the reception is located among the different hotels and how to park at the hotel. Best to indicate that there is no parking available at the hotel, as the historic centre is car free.

Miro B&B is located right in the center of the old town, in a beautiful street, just meters from the stunning Basilica di Santa Croce. All the other old town sights are also very close. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the area. Miro B&B also has its own dining options, offering a complimentary breakfast and a special dinner discount for overnight guests. There is a large selection of wines (including from the winery of famous singer Al Bano) and a good selection of beers (including good Miro house beer). Miro, the owner of the B&B, is a very lovely and friendly guy who helped us in every way. We had a large group with multiple families, and fit nicely into rooms of different sizes.

Right around the corner from the beautiful Basilica of the Holy Cross, the location is great to walk to the sights of Lecce. It was a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Our specific room was below street level, but it had windows, access to its own small patio, and beautiful vaulted ceilings. Bathroom was modern, amenities were provided, but the shower was a bit small. Keys were handed at the breakfast location - not the same building, but close by. We all loved breakfast - we had a little menu where we could freely choose from. We also tried dinner - it was convenient and tasty.

TV and internet were not working upon arrival. After communication via booking, Internet was fixed soon. We appreciated the effort put into that for a 1-night stay!

Two large bedrooms in this apartment and all comfortable and clean. Breakfast was off-site from our accommodation - about a 10minute walk but we didn't mind. Plenty to eat and the cakes were fabulous. We also booked a wine tasting which takes place beside the breakfast room. Snacks were served as well but we wished we had known they were mainly seafood (we didn't ask) as we don't like most seafood. This didn't distract from the whole experience though.

The location was perfect right in the middle of the old town with a stunning view of the city and a few beautiful buildings. At one point the electricity went out due to the fact that we were running too many items at once. We contacted the hosts and within a few minutes they were there and fixed it for us without any issues. Another highlight was the breakfast. They had a lot of options including a savory breakfast which is very rare to find in Italy and I loved.

We booked a junior suite which was on the top floor with a lovely roof terrace. The staff were really friendly & helpful & it was great that the restaurant was open late as our flight was delayed & we didn’t arrive until 10.30pm & we were still able to have something to eat & a glass of wine to start the holiday. The breakfast was great with fresh orange juice & delicious pastries. It was situated in the pedestrian area of the old town in front of the most beautiful church.

The only reason I have marked this as a 9 & not a 10 is that there wasn’t a kettle in the room, the air con wasn’t cold enough, another unit would be good on the other side of the bedroom & there wasn’t a parasol on the roof terrace so too hot to sit there in the day & eat.

The room is in a lovely location in the old town and has an adjoining bistro and restaurant both of which I would highly recommend. The area is delightful and a pleasure to amble round. The staff are super friendly and helpful and helped us with luggage on arrival and allowed us to store luggage there until we were ready to leave on departure day.

The lift was broken and the stairs very difficult to manage with luggage. There should be a hand rail. Breakfast would have been easier if we could have seen a menu. We could then have chosen what we wanted in our own time and reduced the many misunderstandings with the waitress, who seemed permanently harrassed. A kettle and two mugs would have been much appreciated and would not cost the b and b very much. There was plenty of space to put them.

The B&B is centrally located and it was easy to go out and explore Lecce. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast was good too.

As the property is so centrally located, there was a fair bit of noise at night from people eating and drinking in nearby drinks and restaurants. We were there on a Friday evening and the noise continued to the early hours and 2 out of 5 of our party did not sleep that well.

Location is exceptional - right in the heart of Lecce old town. 20-30 meters to Basilica di Santa Croce (you can oversee top of it from the terrace of the apartment, as well as to oversee Chiesa del Gesù. All core historical destinations are in 2-10 mins walk distance. It is not typical b&b which you might know in classical meaning. It is set of independent apartments (in my case without kitchen) around Miro bistro/wine & lounge. So for breakfast you would need to get out of the building to go to the next one in front of it (less than minute walk). Miro B&B provides 20% discount for guests for launch and dinners. Took one dinner there - it is great! With great selection of Puglian wines (not limited to wines - gin, wiskey). The staff if super welcomed and friendly always trying to help you. There are two beds - double and one single. Terrace is probably bigger than property itself. There are tea and lot of towels. The staff prepared me breakfast pack evening before my early 6h morning departure. Chrckin-checkout super fast and easy.

Despite availability of the tea in the room and all kind of sweeteners - there was no any kind of spoons or something to mix your drink. Drinking water wasn’t refueled/added in the room on the next day despite visit of cleaning. Water presume in the shower is super law. Door handle to bathroom was broken (de attached).

Very close to city centre and we had a small terrace to ourselves, plus lovely breakfast available.

We didn’t know there would be no soap/shampoo/ body wash so we had to go buy some at the nearest pharmacy as we couldn’t find any supermarkets. So ended up paying like 20€ for shampoo and soap.
