The hotel is quite high above Courmayeur with plenty of parking. There is a more direct footpath going back into town, but the walk back up is a tester! Views towards the mountains from all around the property are spectacular. The internal layout is very pretty and the owners clearly take great care to maintain the experience. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit small and is in need of updating/modernising. Pillows in particular were uncomfortable (too hard).

our chalet hotel was excellent - my only issue was if you didn't reserve a table in the restaurant in the evening ( either forgot or didn't want formal evening meal ) there was no communal area for residents to go . there was a bar but no seating so you had to stay in the room - which was a very nice room

Excellent breakfast. Giovanni looked after each guest's requests personally, preparing coffee to order from a proper coffee machine, unlike any other hotel I've stayed at, where the coffee is second-rate. He also made perfect scrambled eggs and freshly-squeezed orange juice. The standard of attention generally towards the guests is very high.

Had a lovely stay here. Warm and helpful staff, great breakfast. Perfect room. Nice to be away from the main city area, calm and quiet and close to nature. Will def go again! / Rebecca and Svante

The Chalet is excellent. The location of the property is excellent, just at the boundaries of the village and forest. Would totally recommend to have a walk around the property and discover the area including Ermitage. The hotel it self is as if it comes from fairy tale with tasteful decoration. The staff were very friendly and helpful trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Breakfast was exceptional! Fresh smoothie, coffee from the bar (not instant coffee), fresh orange juice, eggs prepared as you like, crepes and so on. The staff were super friendly. We wanted to extend our stay for one night but they were sadly already all booked.

The location was lovely, a walk from the centre but that wasn't a problem. There was a park opposite, which unfortunately we didn't have time to explore, and the room was clean and adequate, albeit slightly on the small side. The restaurant was very good.

It was tastefully decorated, cosy room, great staff (the wonderful Paola, and Giovanni at breakfast ), dinner was always delicious and the location was great .

everything, the staff were very welcoming, we arrived late at night but they went out of their way to show us hospitality, special mention to Andrea the waiter who was very friendly and a credit to the hotel and even brought us some delicious pastierra after a very good dinner, breakfast was excellent and very tasty with very friendly breakfast manager

The restaurant is excellent Breakfast was included with sit-down cooked breakfast.

It was an uphill walk from the center of the city to get to the facility, but the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The owner of the facility Paola went out of her way to help us when we had an extra person showed up in the group.
