Location in city center and wonderfully furnished with modern style . The Customer service is Outstanding ! Jeremy in front desk is exceptional in his work , he is very helpful , has knowledge about tours and activities enthusiastic and helpful ! Cassandra at the bar / restaurant is also very helpful caters to clients needs and great at her work . This hotel is ideal for long or short stay .The view from my room is so far one of the best I have seen with a huge balcony ! With a direct view on Montblanc from room / balcony its exceptional .

The Hotel didn’t have Airconditioner . Now it’s very hot in Chamonix , but cools down a bit . Jeremy suggested I put a bucket of ice in front of the fan . It did work the room became cooler after that .

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, just steps away from the town center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. We were delighted to be given a room with a spacious terrace overlooking the mountains — a beautiful and peaceful view we truly appreciated. During our stay, the weather was quite warm, and while the absence of air conditioning was noticeable during the day, the cool evening breeze made up for it. Opening the terrace doors at night brought in fresh mountain air, which created a lovely and comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh options to suit all tastes. The entire hotel feels modern, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean throughout. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’d happily stay here again!

This was our third stay at the hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. As always, the hotel is lively – sometimes a little too busy during short holiday breaks or peak summer periods – but overall, the excellent location, stunning views, and quality of service make it a consistently positive experience.

The garage is quite small, and while the issue is not entirely the hotel’s fault, some guests disregard the designated spaces and park in spots reserved for others. Perhaps a clearer system for managing the parking spaces could help prevent this. Additionally, the hotel seems a bit too large for only three lifts – during busy periods, the waiting times can become uncomfortably long.

The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Standard rooms were small but adequate for our needs. There were secure ski lockers for each room which made for a nice ski room experience. Ski bus stops were very adjacent as was the heart of the town.

We were a little cold in our room even though we got extra blankets and were grateful for the bath which was how we warmed up before bed. Servicing of the room was minimal and we had no spare toilet roll for the last two days. The breakfast buffet was great and owned at 7am but for early departures there was no lotion to get anything before 7 which I felt was poor. A coffee machine in the bar with some fruit and some wrapped madeleines would make all the difference.

The location is fantastic, conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and public transport options. The room itself is incredibly spacious, offering ample living space with a comfortable arrangement of furniture. It is meticulously clean, with fresh linens and a well-maintained environment that makes for a pleasant stay.

The absence of the air conditioning unit became the source of significant disappointment, as the sweltering heat of the summer made the environment uncomfortably warm and stifling. This missing amenity not only affected the overall comfort of the space but also dampened the enthusiasm of those who had been eagerly looking forward to a refreshing and pleasant atmosphere.

It was a great experience. Close to everything. Clean hotel and great staff. Definitely will come back🤝

Room was spacious and even the "no view" room had a nice view. Location was excellent near the nordic centre and close to town centre, shops and restaurants. We utilised the spa and sauna every night at no extra charge and it was wonderful. Staff went to extra care to get us a vase for flowers, ice and a bucket for champagne and front desk arranged for beautiful rose petals placed in shape of a heart for our special wedding anniversary. Room safe provided. Breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options and an exceptional view. Stored our luggage on check in and check out without any issues.

It was the second time my wife and I stayed at Alpina, and both times, the experience was excellent! The staff is very kind, the facilities and location are great, and the restaurant offers a magnificent view!

a) Gym – The hotel could enhance the gym by investing in a new treadmill. Additionally, installing blinds would be beneficial, as it was quite difficult to run there in the afternoon due to the sunlight. b) Jacuzzis – Above the jacuzzis, there were large, odd-looking wooden pieces resembling decorative lamps, which felt unsafe. I highly recommend that the hotel remove them."

We stayed here on the last day of our TMB trek. What a treat! Firstly we got upgraded to a premium room, which had awesome views of the mountains. Then we used the spa facilities which were very good ( time slot needs to be booked in advance).. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower room was large and well equipped. The staff were very nice and polite too. They stored our backpacks twice when we asked with no hassle. We had breakfast in the morning that was served on the 7th floor with direct mountain views. It had a large selection . Also the bar/cafe area downstairs was very large and we've seen travellers waiting there comfortably. It has a lot of comfortable sofas, games and a pool table.

The price of the breakfast was a bit too steep. For the price everything should have been perfect, but the pancakes were inedible. Everything else was good.

No water inside the rooms, also the parking cost 30 EUR per day
