Close to the slopes. The pool was great. The apartment was very big with 2 different rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We didn't have a coffee machine in the room or any other stuff to make a tea. The kitchen has only a sink and a mini fridge . Actually is only the furniture and looks like a kitchen. The coffee from breakfast was not very good (instant coffee). The food overall was OK but not great. You can feel that it is a 3 stars hotel. There are a few things that can be improve a little bit, like: cleaning, kitchen, food, coffee and will be a perfect hotel. But overall a pleasant stay.

The staff were without fault. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The bar area is lovely, the food far exceeded our expectations and I would say the value for money is fantastic.

The room was a little tired (missing ceiling panel in the bathroom for example) and there wasn’t much storage for our stuff in the room. Which was ski gear, ie quite bulky. The beds weren’t the comfiest but after a tiring day on the slopes, it didn’t matter greatly. The parking was on slushy, snowy mud and we all got very muddy getting in and out of it. This said, for what we paid I’d say we still got a complete bargain and I’d happily recommend it.

The hotel is perfectly located. Very close to the pick Snejanka, much more high then the main complex of Pamporovo. There is a indoor swimming pool, but close by there is a terrace when a sunbath is possible. Because of hight, summer nights are fresh and pretty cool.

Everything was fine. The location it's a little far from the ski slopes but the hotel offers a shuttle. The breakfast and dinner were fine in accordance with the number of stars the hotel had. The staff, expecially the one from the restaurant, were very kind and even helped us organize a surprise birthday cake on a sunday. To conclude all, it was a relaxing trip in a beautifull place.

The bathroom of the apartment was a little too small compared to the bathrooms of the double rooms and studio. The hair dryer didn't worked in 2 apartments and 1 studio but they managed to give us a small hair dryer that we shared among ourself. The floor carpet and the couch were a little old and covered with stains but the staff cleaned every day in the apartment.

The hotel is very well located for those who want to ski or go hiking, having a very good quality/price ratio. The breakfast and dinner are very tasty and it is important that the products are fresh, the Christmas dinner was special in terms of food and live music. The restaurant serves varietal wines. The chef is skilled. The staff is generally kind, communicative, especially Liuba from the reception and the young waitress from the Republic of Moldova. The SPA area is OK, the wet sauna is very good. Bedding and towels are changed every 4 days, the hotel is clean. There are toiletries, bathrobes, indoor slippers. Even if the hotel is full, there is a possibility of parking nearby. As a recommendation, it would perhaps be useful to accommodate guests with children on the lower floors or in the same area, for more quiet in the hotel.

The hotel is ok. We had breakfast and dinner. The food is ok.

The transfer is not ok. Just two times to the Studenets. And down in the parking lot and you have to do all the stairs. For another 3 min they can let you in the parking lot near the slopes.

The area between the swimming pool and the spa is cold. The swimming pool is a bit cold

The location was great, very close to the main ski area. ~20mins by walking and 3-4 mins with a car, also there's a free hotel shuttle which can take you there. SPA facilities were good even though there's only Sauna and Steam bath included. The water in the swimming pool was warm enough. The breakfast and in general the restaurant were great. Also the staff were very polite and supporting - waiters, receptionists, the hotel manager and even the piccolo. In addition there's a play room for kids.

Not much that I could think about - only the configuration of the hotel lift was overwriting us when called from a higher floor and maybe a working jacuzzi could make our stay even better.

Very comfortable rooms, very good location, it takes less than 5 min by car to go to ski centre, quite good spa services, the personell in the reception very polite and friendly and very good beeakfast.

Very rude personell in the restaurant! without any effort to learn some english words, in order for them to make the communication with the customers easier (let alone when we’re talking about a most visited place by tourists during the period of winter)

The Breakfast and the dinner choice was perfect.

It was too hot in the room. We had to manually adjust the heaters, to open the balcony. The beds are too soft. On the Valentine day the music on the dinner was very-very loud.
