The service was fantastic as we had a problem with the remote control for the air conditioner not working. The staff kept coming back until the problem was rectified. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a unexpected surprise with the facilities available and amount of space. We stayed in room 17 which was more like a small cottage inside. Very much self contained. Really enjoyed our short stay and will come back again.

Windowsills had dead flies and other dead insects. Otherwise the rooms were very clean and tidy.

No breakfast available but evening meals exceptional.

Never judge a book by its cover! Young lady was fantastic and welcoming. Sorry didn’t catch her name but of Italian origin. Made us so welcome at evening meal. Will recommend to stay here but traffic noise during night was heavy unfortunately. Guess it is busy road so perhaps soundproofing could be an option.

The receptionist (lady) was very friendly and informative of what facilities were available for food. She also reserved me a quiet table as I was travelling solo. The pub food was more restaurant quality. The rooms very very clean and comfortable. .

Larger wine selection.

Great location for a country get away. Various choices of room types. Great hosts who run a good restaurant and maintain a very clean premise. Good time and great laughs with the locals. Will return again next travel journey.

This motel doesn’t look much on the outside but inside it was fantastic. Completely renovated comfortable bed and good pillows. No road noise and it was really good to have a restaurant onsite on a Sunday night with good pub food. 10/10 from us.

On arrival the staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable. The restaurant also served up a very good meal and managed to squeeze me in even though they had a very large birthday booking.

On driving up to the motel it appeared to be a little ugly duckling but once into my room my opinion changed considerably. Can't fault anything else.

The quality and cleanliness was at par with city hotels. I was happily surprised with the ambience in our room.

Nothing I can think of

We were in Manjimup for the truffle kerfuffle weekend, the location was perfect! Next time we will have dinner at the pub rather than go into the town :) We will be coming next year, I have already booked!

Milk provided everyday for Tea and coffee. Toaster and crockery etc in the room plus iron and ironing board.

Maybe more room service and cleaning of the room.

It was a good location for us. The hotel and restaurant was very good. The staff were really nice and our meal was really nice. Booking in and out very easy.

Nothing, that comes too mind, both my wife and I enjoyed our stay there.
