Room was very clean! Location was great and clean! Beach access was amazing! Bar staff outside at the pool were great! Music out at the pool was a nice touch! Restaurant food was over priced for the quality of the food.

Richard that works front desk at night was extremely rude and abrupt with guest. When you approach the desk to ask him a question he immediately acted as if you were bothering him, yelling "hold on, wait a minute". When asked about a microwave for guest to use, there was no microwaves in the hotel. Only to find out from the morning front desk clerk that microwaves were available per request for guest to put in their rooms. Richard needs some courses in Customer Service, he is a very rude individual.

Would like to give a big shout out to the desk attendant named Richard he was so accommodating my daughter ended up arriving late that night we had a pullout couch in our room and we had to go to the front desk to ask for blankets and pillows and he was exceptional! Had a smile great attitude and was very helpful they are very lucky to have Richard as a staff member!

The building is a little outdated the patios have paint chips on the railings

I spent my birthday weekend there and the staff was so helpful. I reached out to the property prior to my arrival date to ask to have the room decorated. Staff was quick to respond with yes. When I arrived the staff was so kind and they decorated the room so beautifully for me. They made me feel right at home and texted me everyday of the trip to ensure I had everything I needed. The room, pools, and property was very clean. When I posted pictures of the room I had a few friends want to book as well because of the views. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Small balcony

Everything especially the location being that hotel is right on the beach, it has an onsite tiki bar, great food for a few and it's across the street from Walmart and other stores and restaurants.

That breakfast wasn't free. On one side of the bldg it's a super small balcony just enough room for u to barley stand on but the south side of the hotel has a larger balcony with chairS

I love the comfort in the room. The oceanfront view room was amazing. I loved the restaurant downstairs and the friendliness of all the staff. We left a sensitive item and the manger helped us to retrieve it after we left the hotel. He was so professional and we really appreciated that. It was our second time at the hotel and we will be back again and again!

This was our second stay and certainly not our last. We love everything about the Hilton Melbourne Oceanfront. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, spacious rooms with beautiful views, and a short walk to the beach makes it our go to hotel for our summer vacations.

Only complaint I had this time was we didn’t get many wash cloths the whole time we were there.

The staff was very accommodation and kind

Our first night was awful the people beside us were very loud till 2 in the morning and try getting into our room. For the price of the room it was very upsetting. I did call front desk and they ask them to quiet down but that didn't last long and they were back at it.

Loved how close to the beach. Didn't like the road noise rather hear the waves. Not sure why the ocean front rooms don't have chairs on balcony. The tiki bar was closed they were working on it. The bed was so comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

We would have gotten a oceanfront room but they don't have chairs and we love to sit and relax outside. We got a ocean view but the traffic noise was loud.

The room was clean and decent sized with a great view of the ocean and beach! The hotel itself was also very clean and quiet. The pool area was well kept and the beach was easy to access! The staff was very friendly and nice! We had absolutely no complaints about this hotel, especially for the price! Location was also a plus! It is pretty centrally located on the A1A and easy to get to any nearby destinations and the highway!

The ONLY thing that I was a little surprised about was how small the balcony off of the room was. it is not large enough to sit on, standing room only. But it was still a plus considering nearby hotels are a more expensive room and only have a window view!

The property was was very clean. The bar and the pool was great. The staff was Great!

I didn’t like the fact of how much money we paid but couldn’t get a beach chair or umbrella without having to pay for them as well. We didn’t have air conditioner for almost 2 days. We did get two free drinks from the bar but I felt like we could’ve been treated a little bit more since the weather was in the upper 80s during this time. I realize things happen out of their control but we did pay a lot of money to stay here.
