I had a unique experience regarding 2 different rooms. The room I originally booked must have been a budget room. It looked very drab and outdated, and even the keycard was a mechanical card that was cracked and probably had no replacement. The room would have sufficed for me and I would have rated it as a 7, except that the air conditioner was broken. When I spoke to the front desk, they gave me a portable fan to try out. Unfortunately, it was too humid, so I asked for a different room and they complied. The new room was like a palace compared to the first one. Modern amenities, far more comfortable, digital keycard, and easily rated as a 10. In the end, I was very happy, but stunned to learn that one hotel could provide 2 so very different experiences.

The rooms on the second floor are pretty drab. The third floor is great.

The quadruple room - duplex was quite large and comfortable. Everything wat could be needed was there. And the bathroom was really great, it impressed us the most. We have been travelling a lot with kids and saw a lot of different family rooms but this one was really great! Thanks for the comfortable stay!

Very comfortable beds. Specious room and very clean. Perfect for stay over through traveling

There was not much food on offer at evening however the lady on reception was extremely helpful! She made us pizzas which were delicious so we were ok at the end.

Duplex quad room was a good solution for a quick stop for a family

The renaming to Originals is not yet complete - online it was "Originals, formerly Interhotel" but the building is very clearly labelled Inter Hotel and the only Originals is one small sign on the door. Also the breakfast choice was limited and the hot food was cold

good parking, been charged for dog but not been advised that i will be, ready prepped food but nice as actual restaurant not there open, but chef has done a good job on ready meals. good breakfast, really appreciative for dog treat and bowl as on request and poo bags. good attention from staff. staff were faultless.

internet connections are poor. Bathroom slight disappointment as large shower head not working. and disposable cups for brews only available, guess its covid involving

Included free parking is always a bonus, this hotel has it. Clean room, tasty breakfast.

When booking and prepaying on the website, make sure you do not get double charged at the reception, like it happened to us.

The parking, the big room, good sturdy bed, très bien breakfast. And the beercafe :-). It was a very good stay on the road to the south. Would definitely recommend!

The rainshower, because there wasn't enough waterpressure. (There is also a smaller one, that was fine.)

The reactivness of the staff, we had some technical issues with the room but the friendly staff took care of it very fast (one or two drinks at the bar was enough for them to fix it)

Great room, nice restaurant (Leon) nearby. Decent breakfast. Hotel helped retrieve a precious toy left behind.

It is near a busy road but wasn't too bad
