I filled out a special request (my first time to try that). I said my husband and I are celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and we would love it if we could be put in room 19 and if they could play our wedding song when we arrived and I also asked for chocolate chip cookies. I didn't know if they would even read my request or try to fulfill it. But they did! I received a couple phone calls earlier in the day from Nikolh verifying my request and she was happy to comply! Then when Kimberly took over, she completed the request and played our song right as we entered. I was so happy they met my request! My husband was so surprised and it was a very special moment for us. She also wrote us a very nice card and left it with the cookies in our room!

Nothing, really. Oh, I needed lotion but there wasn't any in the room, but I texted Kimberly and she got me some. It was very accommodating of her.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and attentive despite the lobby and guest open areas being renovated.

We were unaware when booking our hotel the lobby and guest areas were in the process of being remodeled. The guest rooms have already been renovated and look amazing.

Breakfast was hands down the best on our trip. The lady in charge of the breakfast room was friendly and engaging with guests of the hotel. The variety of food was surprising and elevated the whole experience. I will find any reason to drive out of my way and stay here again.

The remodeling and construction. Hampton Inns did their best to minimize the inconvenience to travelers. I feel they could've reduce the rate more for this disruption to the Hampton experience.

Toilet in my room would fill up the tank of water even though it wasn’t being flushed and it was very loud. Skylar at front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Overall a nice stay.

Everything was clean!

I guess they r re-modeling. When we pulled up to the proper at first we thought it was closed. There was scaffolding and chain link fencing surrounding the building with no clear way to enter or park.

Everything! The hotel was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was excellent 👌 and the lady helping was so friendly and kept that place clean and organized. Top knotch. Staff was excellent.

It was better than just cold cereal . I Loved having hot coco for my coffee! The 2 egg type things was a bit too bready for us. But better than no egg. Liked the super thin bacon. Juice seemed watered down?

Only the bread egg dishes. But we were glad there was an egg dish.

My Booking.com Confirmation number didn’t work so I had to rebook at the front desk. The staff couldn’t get it resolved and there’s no way to get hold of Booking.com

I just wish we would have known about the construction prior going on but it really was not a problem.
