The view is spectacular, the compound is really well equipped. We only stayed for 2 nights but we could've spent more as it felt really nice and peaceful. There's 2 pools (I think, not sure but I saw 2, but didn't have time to check everything out). But I think this place will be awesome to stay at especially with nice weather. The last night we were sent off with a marvellous show of thunder and lightning while sitting on our spacious balcony. Apartment was spacious and housed 8 people and probably could've housed even more if needed. Enoigh appliances and good amount of chairs and tables to sit on/at! Interior was sober and felt a little bit old, but for the price this is also justifyable! Also supernice that there is a very spacious parking on the hotel property!

The apartment looked clean but the stains on the toilet gave it away that it was cleaned on the surface and not had a deepclean in months. So that was something that was a bit of a setback in the positive vibes. The other thing is that we were in the apartment that was behind the building that they advertised with. We still had a nice view, but it was a small bummer that we still had a building blocking the view a little bit. And the watercooker stopped working so we had to cook water in a pan for the rest of the trip. Beds were very hard, but we slept ok on them for the time we were there But nevertheless these were minor things that didn't spoil the fun for us!

The pool was amazing! The view while in the pool was breathtaking! The room was very clean and spacious and had most things needed. Very quiet and relaxing place. There was a sufficient amount of parking spaces. Great value for the amount of space inside the apartment. Also, there is a ping pong table right behind reception. If you want a relaxing location with spectacular views, this is the place.

We weren't really told anything when we checked in. We did figure things out on our own though. We had no view from our room. I specifically asked in advance and was told we had a partial view. If you are staying here for the view, make sure to book one that specifically says it has a view. If we walked outside, we did have a partial view, but not from inside our apartment. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The trail to Domaso is close by but somewhat challenging on the return up. Also, be prepared to do dishes, take out trash and sweep before you leave. There is a sign in the room explaining these requirements.

The view of the lake was very beautiful and the accommodation was a good size and comfortable.

The pool was quite cold and it would have been helpful to have a few more basic items in the kitchen. Due to location a car would be very helpful to access amenities and we ended up catching a few taxis.

The view was amazing,breathtaking. The infinity pool was really nice. The 4 rooms apartment was perfect for 8 guests,it was spacious and we could all fit at the tables wich was nice. I would recomend getting there by car, we chose walking there and we set a new record for the steps walked 😂. Overall it was really beautiful and we will definetly come back, but with a car☺️

Location, overlooking Lake Como, pure sunshine till the sun disappeared behind the mountain at 19:10 in the infinity pool. 45 min drive to Vercana, Great local grocery and small bar at Bar Caffe'Aggio Vercana, Bar by day and night with a grocery attached to it, they speak little English but extremely helpful stocking lovely fresh rolls and baguettes, cheeses, hams, fruits, vegetables, and household essentials. And beers etc day and evening. And Ristorante Pizzeria Bellavista Order well in advance if getting a takeaway we had an hour wait although ordered late was decent, book a table very early if eating in - always a good sign of a good restaurant. Good venue good location for where we were staying very reasonable price.

Viewing to lake and mountains. Apartment was very organized and most of kitchen staff were there. Terrace was convenient and parking was available and WiFi

The beds in rooms were steel and not so comfortable. The apartment has heaters but not operated. Literally we frizzed (weather temperature at evening between 2-4 degree). Access to higher floors no elevator and access to parking was difficult

The location was perfect, the facilities were brilliant and the price was fantastic. Our host was lovely and friendly and the nearby restaurant had great service and food! The perfect stay and perfect holiday!

It wasn't an issue for us but none of the windows had curtains (some had netting or were obscure glazing) which may be annoying for some people. But it did mean that you woke up to the perfect view!

Location was excellent. Great views of the lake and the Alps mountains. Brilliant atmosphere.

Not enough for 4 adults with a single toilet. Host could do a bit better with the process to collect passport details. Be a bit careful with insects. There was a 2- inch insect running around in our children’s bedroom.

The views are stunning! We did not even went for ferry ride or other activities as the view from the balcony was very relaxing. It is a two-bedroom villa so it is spacious.

The driveway from the street to parking is a bit steep but not a major problem.

Very difficult to beat the view from this place. If you have a car, location is not a problem. The flat was big and it was possible to cook, beds were comfortable and there were two bathrooms which for a family of 7 was a huge plus. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes by foot, so we could get fresh bread or other items for breakfast. We would love to come back one day! We stayed here in beginning of April, temperature inside of flat was pleasant, we didn't feel the need to make any changes.

Everything was perfect!
