The location was excellent. (I used to live on 85 Ave between 110 and 111 so I am familiar with the neighbourhood.) The staff were very friendly and helpful - early check-in, bag storage, directions, etc.

I was going to have supper at Earl's with some friends but there was too much noise. I know that Earl's is independent from CST but it is very handy. The High Level Diner and the Upper Crust are pleasant alternatives. There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

The property is good and close to the university ..good to stay for parents coming to drop their children’s to the university …

The cleaning was not properly done in the apartment. The toilet was dirty even after they do the house keeping..They need to refill all items in the kitchen as well ..Welcome or drinking water is not provided.. I have to buy from the nearest store ..

This hotel was a perfect stay for my son , safe and beautiful location on the university campus. Especially lots of friendly and helpful staff at the hotel .Ideal ,if you want to walk and discover, but also very convenient to get to the public transportation.Thank you very much !!!

The heat lamp in the bathroom was fabulous! The spa sound machine in the bedroom was a wonderful touch. The room was thoughtfully assembled.... and the view was amazing.

The water took a while to heat up but we appreciated the little sign that cautioned us to confirm the temp before entry.

Spacious rooms and great location for visiting the university campus.

The parking lot does not fit trucks, we brought up an F150 as we were moving our son out of residences. We did manage to park at the hospital ($15/24 hours) which was a short walk away but took us a while to find a spot.

Location was perfect for being close to U of A university for a hockey camp my son was attending

The only thing I can say negative about the hotel is that I wish there was a fan in the bathroom to remove the steam from room. When the door was opened it would cause the smoke detector to beep( not go off just beep) and we would have showers in the evening before bed so would have to listen to it beep for at least 30 min

I love that I could have my dog with me and that I had a kitchenette suite. It made my week in Edmonton really nice! The staff were all so amazing and they LOVED that I had my dog. Such a pet friendly place.

The rooms could potentially use an upgrade.

Suite was spacious, did not expect this! Everything was neat and clean, welcome package include water bottle and some sweets. It has a small kitchen with microwave, stove top, cooking pans, coffee machine! love the experience, i should come again with my wife and my baby.

It’s older but everything was clean and functional. Front desk staff were excellent! Having the kitchenette was great, can save some costs by preparing some food right there.

The air conditioners are fairly loud.

The property was clean. The suite was very spacious. Staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Suite was stocked nicely.

The only clock in the entire suite was in the bedroom, and only 1 end table by the couch.
