Location was very close to the station (5 min walk). Reception area was very nice with relaxing music and tropical marine fish tanks. Staff were very good although they did struggle with English but did try very hard. All bathroom supplies in reception to collect if needed. Room was very spacious for a Japanes room. Twin room which was very clean. With soap, shampoo, coditioner and body wash. Guest laundry and drinks vending machine on floor 5. Washing machines and tumble dryers very clean and cheap. We had breakfast which was good consisted of a small buffet with pastries, fruit, yoghurt along with some traditional Japanese fayre. Tea coffee and Juice. The cooked breakfast was either an American/ European breakfast or a Japanese breakfast. Both were cooked to order and we'll presented. I would say here again if we were in Funabashi.

We visited Tokyo in prime season (April), so most of the decent hotels in Tokyo were booked or were placed with triple prices, so we decided to check hotels around and found this place. And it was an amazing choice. We loved everything about our stay. Kind staff, clean environment, and location (just a few minutes to Funabashi station or Keisei line that goes straight to the airport). We had zero problems with the location. There is a nice shopping mall nearby with a HUGE DAISO shop. Check it out. A lot of places to eat. We took some time to explore Funabashi city, and it was nice to walk around and see more residential areas (it's very peaceful compared to crowded tourist spots in Tokyo). Everything was clean; they brought us new towels every day. We didn't request to clean the room as we didn't use it that much. They provided all the toiletries. I 100% recommend it!

I had a problem with a very loud snoring from the next room one night. But it's not easy to find a soundproofed room in Japan, so it's just a matter of luck who will be in the next room.

Breakfast is good. Location is perfect. 5 mins walk to the railway station. I think it is a new hotel and all facilities are in good condition. I have no doubt to recommend people to stay in this hotel if they visit Funabashi.

If the staffs can speak better English that will need to be improved.

The room we had was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was so delicious with set American or Japanese breakfast and a buffet. The staff were amazing all were very helpful. Everyday I would be greeted by the staff they were very kind and caring.

Property well presented, excellent facilities excellent staff. Very clean and the little extras offered such as bath cloths, bath salts, etc greatly appreciated. Laundry facilities a welcome bonus. Ideally located short walk to train station, shops and restaurants.

Breakfast is great. We had for 3 days. Hotel less than 10 mins walk. Love the 2nd hands clothing store next door 😅

The carpet Colour in the room, makes it looks old and dirty. Especially, the grey batches.

Location is great with not so noisy neighbors, very crean lobby and tidy room with enough equipment. Staffs are polite and kind. And also reasonable, and free one drink coin :)

The wall sounds very thin so I could hear the next door making noise.

The staff at this hotel was the best we experienced in our 2 week stay in japan . They are super friendly and accommodating i highly recommend this hotel !

Staff were so helpful. Lovely facilities and welcome. All toiletries provided including nighties. 5 minute walk from station. A lovely hotel.
